posizione comoda per il centro cittadino - parcheggio disponibile - stanza confortevole (peccato per la presenza degli asciugamani dei precedenti ospiti nascosti dietro le tende e un dispenser del sapone riempito con la lozione per il corpo) - spa molto apprezzata per l’acqua termale - colazione ampiamente insufficiente (presenti praticamente solo alimenti salati ed infusi, assenti frutta, marmellate, fette biscottate, panini, brioches, biscotti e té, con alzata di spalle alla mia richiesta de fosse stato possibile averlo)

Fuite dans les sanitaires du radiateur et donc le sol de la salle d’eau toujours humide , moquette épaisse en poils qui semble au final peu nette . Literie moyenne , à l’accueil la réceptionniste était très agréable quand à l’homme lui était désagréable j’oserai presque écrire un muffle qu’il ne fait pas déranger … Positif buffet petit déjeuner assez correct et hôtel bien placé pour visiter le fort et se retrouver en ville meme si ça monte et descend fortement

Hotel super bem localizado na cidade, a atração principal fica somente a 200 metros, e tem estacionamento na porta. Atendimento maravilhoso, quarto impecável. Tem um terraço com a vista bem bonita da cidade. A única coisa que não foi 100% foi o café da manhã.

Kahvaltıda çeşit yetersizdi. Otelin konumu çok iyiydi.Kaleye yürüyerek gidip gezebilirsiniz. Kapalı havuzun suyu ılıktı biraz daha sıcak bekliyorduk. Jakuzi de aynı şekilde. Oda havasızdı camları tavandaydı pek beğenmedik. Odaya şifreyle de giriliyor olması iyiydi

We were required to post the review immediately—before even receiving our room key—which felt misleading and unprofessional. The room itself was visually nice, and the beds were comfortable. However, the air conditioning did not function properly, making the room extremely hot and humid. There was also a leak from the sink. Breakfast was average, and it was inconvenient that coffee could not be taken to the room—it was only allowed in the breakfast area or on the rooftop terrace. On the second day, we were unexpectedly told to pack our belongings and change rooms, but when we went to reception, no room was available. Communication was difficult due to limited English from staff. After several hours, we were given a new room, which was similar but had the same issue with the air conditioning—running, but no actual cooling. After two nights of very poor sleep due to the heat, we decided to leave early. When we explained the situation to the receptionist, who is also the owner, he reacted negatively and dismissively, insisting everything was working fine and telling us to leave if we were not satisfied. His behavior came across as aggressive and unprofessional. Over all, would not recommend staying here
