A estadia foi de 1 noite

Tried to check in at 5:15pm and found the office door locked with no-one inside. We called the hotel number and were told to take a room key out of an unlocked box near the office entry. I received no email or other communication stating that we would have to let ourselves in. The hotel room was clean but in need of updating. The carpet was worn and very stained. We would not stay here again.

Musty smell, bugs crawling on the floor, not sure the bed linen was freshly cleaned. Uncomfortable mattress. Hardly slept a wink.
