Molto brutto ho pagato 50€ per una notte di calvario non recomando questo hotel

the room was clean and safe! there’s an elevator which is a treat in europe. the AC worked great and the deck was good. my only warning is there is no fridge so you can’t keep anything cold. it’s a walkable area to both centre storico and latin district!

El alojamiento está ubicado en un edificio antiguo señorial próximo al centro. La habitación tenía algunos desconchones de pintura. La ropa de cama apenas llegaba a cubrirla. Lo peor fue la recepción. Está algo alejada del apartamento y tienes que ir previamente; dejar un deposito y firmar todo lo firmable. La persona que nos atendió fue muy descortés, trataba a patadas a todos aunque no hubieran dicho nada, Un cuadrito en la pared citaba: "el cliente no tiene siempre la razón", ese es el lema y el trato.

Es una ESTAFA, ¡NO lo RECOMIENDO! Cuando llegamos la primera noche no había nadie en recepción, no nos atendieron y tuvimos que pagarnos otro hotel. Cuando hicimos el check-in, nos cobraron varias tasas sin justificación y solo se podía pagar con dinero en efectivo. El personal fue muy desagradable. Y tanto la ducha, como la habitación estaban muy sucias. Tuvimos muy MALA experiencia.

We booked a superior room with a king sized bed and a city view in the main building. We were allocated a room in an annex building on the 5th floor with no view (other than a wall with an air conditioning unit on) with a small double bed and the bathroom was nothing like the one in the room we booked and it had a terrible smell to it. There were marks on the flooring and one of the bedside cabinets was falling to bits. There was no tea and coffee making facilities as stated. The check in was in a separate location which I understood from the booking. We could only pay cash for the tax so I had to walk to a cash machine. We paid a deposit charge too which I expected but I have had no indication of when this will be refunded. The room we were allocated appears to be a student room which was contained with 4 other rooms behind a shared entrance. Altogether I was not impressed, especially as we were not allocated the room we actually booked.
