El personal muy poco dispuesto a ayudar , las habitaciones necesitan urgentemente remodelación , la alfombra increíblemente sucia , gastada y vieja, da asco ! En la habitación de mi hija habías hormigas y nunca sacaron la basura, mi habitación no servía la caja de seguridad, la reporte desde el día que llegamos ( estuvimos 7 días) y nunca la repararon, ni siquiera una disculpa o compensación, de hecho quisieron cobrarnos de más , muy caro para lo que es , el desayuno fatal, podría seguir pero ya no quiero, estamos muy enfadados mi familia y yo , deberían de haber sanciones para estos hoteles que se anuncian como “ buenos “ y son fatales, no se vale engañar así a la gente

Buen hotel clásico, luminoso y bien situado junto al lungomare. Habitación grande con vistas al mar aunque deberían cambiar la moqueta (se nota que era un clásico con clientela inglesa). Buen desayuno en un comedor espacioso y luminoso. Personal agradable y eficiente.

El hotel muy muy viejo. Sus instalaciones , los muebles todo. La regadera súper pequeña y no se iba el agua bien. La atención de la gente súper bien. Muy descuidado el hotel. Muy buen ubicado el hotel.

I booked this hotel in a hurry, 1 week b4 my trip. After booking, I read the reviews in more detail, but it was too late to change without losing my money. I arrived late &, although the room was very small, I was initially relieved. Unfortunately, the problems soon became apparent. The shower was tiny, the door didn’t close properly & the water wouldn’t drain. I had to repeatedly switch it off to prevent the shower flooding. It was the kind of shower that left you feeling dirtier getting out than when you went in. There were no tea/coffee facilities or complimentary water, the mini fridge didn’t work, & the bed only had a sheet, leaving me freezing on the 1st night. There was a stained quilt in the wardrobe. The room wasn’t entirely clean, with stains, dust & marks thru out.I reported the shower & was told it would be checked, but nothing was done. After raising it again & showing reception a video, I was eventually moved to a new room. This was more comfortable with a better bathroom, although the shower head leaked. At breakfast, an AC above my table was dripping water onto me. Breakfast had a good selection of cake & sandwiches & plenty for me as a non-meat eater, but the machine “fruit” juice in a plastic cup & honey sachets felt disappointing. The staff were all very nice, but overall I was extremely disappointed. I paid a lot for 4 nights & don’t understand how this is rated 4*. Travelling alone should not mean being given such a small uncomfortable room & no amenities
