Located in a small village in the Châtillonnais region, 55 km northwest of Dijon and about twenty kilometers from Châtillon-sur-Seine, the Gîte de la Flaîne welcomes you for a stay marked by tranquility. On the ground floor, you'll find a pleasant living room with a dining area and a lounge area equipped with a television and Wi-Fi access. Adjoining this room is a fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Krup's coffee maker, etc.). A laundry area completes the space, with a washing machine and all necessary cleaning supplies. From the living room, a wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. A small landing provides access to two bedrooms: the first has a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm); the second, for two people, has a double bed (160 cm). Please note that access to the only bathroom with shower and toilet is through this second bedroom. The house is located in a cul-de-sac, guaranteeing peace and quiet. Your pet is welcome (€5/day/pet), although the private outdoor areas are not fenced. Maximum occupancy. Garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue are available for your outdoor relaxation. Private parking is readily available in front of the cottage. Bicycles can be stored upon request in a secure outbuilding. All-inclusive cottage: beds made upon arrival, towels provided, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning included. For business travelers: maximum 2 workers. A cleaning fee, including bed linen change, is required every 15 days. The cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
