Nossa experiência no Summit Hotel Escarpas do Lago foi simplesmente excelente! Ficamos hospedados por dois dias, de 17 a 19/07/2026, eu, minha esposa e nosso filho, e fomos muito bem recebidos desde o primeiro momento. O atendimento no check-in até o check-out foi impecável, com destaque especial para a colaboradora Lenilda, que nos atendeu com muita simpatia, educação e profissionalismo, fazendo toda a diferença durante a nossa estadia. O quarto e o banheiro estavam extremamente limpos e bem cuidados, demonstrando o excelente trabalho da equipe de limpeza. O café da manhã merece um elogio à parte: simplesmente sensacional! Uma grande variedade de pães, proteínas, frutas, bolos, sucos, cafés e diversas outras opções de excelente qualidade. Todos os dias pedi ovos fritos com a gema mole para mim e para minha família, e a colaboradora responsável preparou tudo com um sorriso no rosto e uma alegria contagiante. Pequenos gestos como esse fazem toda a diferença e mostram o cuidado que o hotel tem com seus hóspedes. Outro grande diferencial é que os hóspedes recebem cortesia para frequentar o clube todos os dias, o que tornou nossa viagem ainda mais agradável e divertida, especialmente para nosso filho. Foi uma experiência extremamente positiva em todos os aspectos: atendimento, limpeza, conforto, café da manhã e benefícios oferecidos pelo hotel.
