Boutique Cottage - a pochi minuti dal Lago Sunapee e dal Monte Sunapee

To start, I want to say that the house is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. We really enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard and cozying up by the living room fireplace. The bedrooms are a perfect size, and all of the beds, linens, and towels were comfortable and clean.When we arrived, however, the kitchen and hallway bathroom had a significant number of ants and ladybugs. We spent a good portion of our first day spraying, setting traps, and cleaning in order to make the space comfortable. Unfortunately, the hallway bathroom became completely unusable due to a steady stream of ants coming through cracks in the tile and around the bathtub.We understand that in New Hampshire, some level of pests can be expected, but this was beyond what we would consider reasonable—especially given the price for a two-night stay. We hope the host is able to address this issue, as the home itself is otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

The cottage is exactly as described and the pictures are extremely accurate. It is a beautiful and tastefully decorated place and we would stay there again without hesitation. It is about 8 miles to Sunapee, but it is a relatively easy drive. There are some great restaurants a few miles away as well as a supermarket close by. Communication with the owners was extremely easy. They were very responsive. Awesome place!

This is a charming and beautifully laid out cottage. The decor is modern. The beds and linens are very comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous and all appliances, dishes, and silverware were new and spotless. The owners have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable.

Lovely home. Very clean and nicely renovated. Will stay again when back in the area!

We had a lovely stay at the King Hill Cottage, and loved being so close to the cute town of New London. The house had everything we needed, the layout was perfect for three generations of family, including a little loft and hang out space underneath that our toddler absolutely loved (and claimed as "his loft!") The fire pit area at the back of the house added a great space for the family to relax. We would absolutely rent again!
