Old Farmhouse/Available Horse And Buggy Rides/ Fire pit/ Waterslides

This house made me think that VRBO does not vet properties before listing them. No one should pay money to stay in this house. NO air conditioning (window units locked in a room in the attic.). The house smells terrible. The furniture was musty and had holes. The stairways were unsafe. Strange layout, which was not presented in the listing. It’s also located right on a Busy road and the photo and the listing was deceptive on this count.

The one thing that caught my eye about staying at this location was the bouncy house/waterslide for the kids to have something to do. However, the bouncy house was rolled in a ball input in the shed. Also, most of the lightbulbs in the house were blown, so the lighting was very poor. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Our stay was amazing! The house was warm and inviting especially with our 4 younger kids. The David and family invited us to their farm to feed the goats, horses, learn about the culture, and go for a horse and buggy ride. The fire pit area was a great place to relax, talk with friends and family, and enjoy the scenery. We also enjoyed sitting on the swings while watching the horses go by. The house has plenty of room, we were able to enjoy quiet time while the kids played in the family room. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again in the future!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this warm and welcoming home. There was plenty of room to have a quiet space to yourself and for everyone to come together for a family meal. We had a fire in the firepit and made S'mores. Waking up to the sounds of horse & buggies clip clopping down the road was a highlight to all of us. Our hosts David & Esther were avaliable to answer any questions.
