Directly in front of the apartment, you have your own terrace with a table and 4 chairs exclusively for you. You can also use the communal garden and shared seating under the walnut tree towards the Bachhiesle and at the back by the stream—perfect for relaxing meals outdoors. A bus stop is just a minute away, and the tennis court is about 15 minutes on foot. Shops such as supermarkets, a bakery, petrol station, and butchers are about 3 km away. One parking space is available on site, with additional street parking nearby. Public transport is easily accessible in the immediate vicinity. Please note that events on the property are not permitted. Due to the small stream directly in front of the apartment, we generally do not rent to families with small children for safety reasons, which is also in your interest.
