Villa Domitia accommodates up to 5 guests (4 adults + 1 child) within the private residence "Le Clos Domitia" in Loupian. Seasonal shared pool, tennis court, and numbered private parking are included. Ground floor: Living room with sofa and flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo coffee maker, kettle), bedroom with double bed (140x190) and closet, shower room with hairdryer and toilet. Upstairs: Mezzanine with double bed (140x190) and extra bed. The air-conditioned veranda opens with glass doors onto a small garden with outdoor table, 6 chairs, and 2 loungers—perfect for alfresco dining. Reversible air conditioning on the ground floor (heating/cooling), 2 fans upstairs, kerosene heater in the veranda for low season. The pool is shared—full-body swimwear is not allowed. Bed linen, towels, and household linen are provided for up to 5 guests. The property must be left clean, with bins, cupboards, and fridge emptied, and sheets removed from beds on departure. A security deposit by bank imprint is required before arrival; keys are handed over after registration. Arrival and departure times must be respected; any delay incurs charges available for an extra fee. Arrival after 7 pm or departure before 8 am: surcharge available for an extra fee upon prior request. Arrivals and departures during the night are not accepted.
