This spacious townhouse is set over three floors and has everything you need for a relaxing stay, whether you're visiting with family, friends or as a base to explore the Peak District. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The comfortable living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring, with cosy seating, a SKY TV and direct access to the private outdoor patio. There is a family bathroom with both a bath and overhead shower, along with an additional downstairs WC. Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1 – Double bed Bedroom 2 – Double bed Bedroom 3 – King bed The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families, couples or small groups. Outside, you'll find a private patio area with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing with a drink after a day in the Peak District. We are always available to contact via phone/email/sms and will have someone available in person for emergency purposes. Cromford railway station is nearby, offering direct connections to Derby and Matlock. Regular bus services run throughout the area, while guests travelling by car can easily explore attractions including Chatsworth House, Bakewell, Matlock Bath, Castleton and the wider Peak District National Park. Many local walks, pubs, cafés and amenities are also within easy reach. Pets fees may occur.
