La suite si trova a circa 13 minuti a piedi dal Maccormacks Beach Provincial Park e dal Fisherman's Cove Boardwalk, a due minuti da un parco giochi per bambini e dalla fermata dell'autobus e a meno di otto minuti in auto dal CFB Shearwater e dal terminal dei traghetti di Woodside. Il centro di Halifax dista circa 28 minuti, mentre l'ospedale generale è a circa nove minuti. Nelle vicinanze si trovano anche ristoranti, negozi di alimentari e altri servizi locali. Il soggiorno dispone di un comodo divano, un letto matrimoniale, una Smart TV 4K da 55 pollici, Wi-Fi ad alta velocità illimitato, Netflix, YouTube, canali TV Samsung, una cyclette, una libreria, una lampada da lettura e un pianoforte antico. Gli ospiti possono accedere a Disney+ utilizzando il proprio account. La camera da letto privata include un letto matrimoniale, un divano, comodini e lampade, un armadio, un ferro e asse da stiro e uno spazio di lavoro con scrivania e sedia. La cucina completamente attrezzata comprende un set da pranzo, piano cottura, forno a microonde, frigorifero, tostapane, bollitore elettrico, macchina per il caffè, caffè in omaggio, pentole, piatti e posate. Video will be reserved as proof. · Don't leave your dishes, meal packs, pops, bottle or cups on the table. · Unregistered guests is not allowed without your host permission · No smoking or use of illegal substances is allowed on the premises. · Guest will be expected to place trash in the right can outside before leaving. · Guest is encouraged not to play loud music, please use headphone. · No parties or events are allowed inside or outside the premises. · Please dispose sanitary towels/ condom in the washroom garbage bin · Guest is encouraged to communicate any allergies or medical condition to enable the host to help them if required, the host will not be responsible for any episodes but will provide support as best as possible. · Please do not place any other item, except pots/pan on the stove top. · No pets allowed except for licensed service animals. · Please respect the noise curfew. · Please don't adjust the heating control, it is set to home temperature. · Please turn off light, and air extractor before you go out. · Please don't rearrange the furniture. · Guest will do their dishes after each use, don't store overnight to avoid a stench. · Suitable home for adult toddlers and children under 12.
