The bathroom offers a 1.60x75cm shower, suspended toilet, and sink. The double bedroom has a window and a 150 cm double bed. Terrace furniture is provided for outdoor relaxation. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, high chair, crib, hairdryer, and free Wi-Fi. Located in Canyamel, MelPins apartment is cozy and comfortable, renovated in 2022. It enjoys a central yet quiet location next to a forest area and is just 150 meters from the beach. Please note: Construction work is currently taking place on a lot adjacent to the building. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. No work is done outside these hours. At certain times during the day, there may be construction noise, although the apartment has insulation that helps reduce it considerably. Most guests are not especially affected, especially if you spend the day exploring the island, but each stay is unique.
