Surprised it’s renovated , fully operational , clean , safe

Motel and stafg great only problem semis parking in lot madr it very hard to park cars in regular spots.

Put on second floor with no elevator! Room cold!! TV not working!!

The ice machine did not work. The breakfast sign said open from 6 am 9 am. When we checked in the manager said breakfast was from 7 am to 9 am.. When we went for breakfast at 7 it was not open. We called the manager and he stated they were having a health inspection and therefore it will not be open. We find that hard to believe

The room overall was OK but carpet was so dirty it made our feet black. We asked ahead of time for a mobility accessible room. The bathroom was NOT the the correct size possible to use the facilities. It should have had a walk-in shower. We won’t stay there again.

Price was low so I didn’t expect much; bed was comfortable and well made. No elevator; internet connection was poor; no news channels available on TV (on election night!); don’t think the south central Asian attendant understood English well; miles from laundry facilities and decent restaurants (although McDonald’s is close by.)

Check in was easy. I was asked if I preferred 1st or 2nd floor. After I checked in for 2nd floor I found out there was no elevator.

Upon arrival the door to the Laundry/maintenance room was open laundry on floor and dirty looking. Not a good 1st impression. The attendant at the front desk seemed unengaged, like he didn't want to be there. He didn't ask how many keycards we needed. The wifi password on the keycard jacket was not legible. The AC remote didn't work had to climb on a chair to turn on. Mulitple window screens were cut or ripped. We had to ask for an additional bath towel, only 2 were supplied. The shampoo/condition and body wash dispensers were empty or not working. The room used for breakfast was absolutely disgustingly dirty. The counters, floor and garbage can lid looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in a long time, this was only 30 min. Into breakfast. Breakfast offered, was very limited to 2 cereals, yogurt, oranges & waffles, which the dispenser wasn't working or the mix was still frozen. In fact my husband was so disgusted by the uncleaniness of the breakfast area he left without finishing eating. I made 3 trips to the front desk and had to call for an attendant each time. Even to check out nobody was available even after ringing the bell. Extremely disappointed with this facilities lack of attention to the simple things like appearance, cleanliness & customer service. It appears the facility had gone thru some type of remodeling but attention to the details and craftsmenship was totally ignored and missed.

It is within walking distance iof.the Groome Airport Shuttle station, and the lobe staffer was smart and alert. There were no hassles. Bring quarters for the vending machine.

The room was surprisingly large. It was clean. The odor of the building was quite strong with cleaning products, not in a pleasant way. The room was clean and the floor was clean. The bed was quite comfortable. I would stay again. I did find the stairs to be quite creepy. I have not been on such a tight staircase. The wall was lined with plexiglass which was interesting but added to the creepy feeling.

Rooms where dirty. Bathrooms where filthy, hair and etc all over the floor. Shower head barely worked and what did come out of it it sprayed more out of shower than in. Whole building was dingy, the entry doors weren't locked so anybody at anytime could just walk in doors. Room keys stopped working 4 hrs before checkout. Checking in took forever, even tho I preregistered online the night before but still took forever. Then worker tried givinge one room with one queen bed for me and my friend when I booked and paid for two separate rooms

Looks ok outside, inside is extremely dated and worn. Inside smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Frames plugged.

The staff very nice.heat not good vents dirty plumbing issues bedding had stains.

A dingy and tired hotel in desperate need of updating. The “free breakfast” was a joke, unless you like/are willing to eat waffles. They sent a link to use if I had any questions; I used it to ask about something in the room and never received a reply. The TV only had infomercial channels, The family Guy and King of Queens, literally! No news, no weather, no movies, no regular broadcasting. The heater sounded like it was an airplane taking off whenever it came on, so bring your earplugs.

There is a noise constantly. We couldn’t tell where it came from. It was loud like an air conditioner or a fan above a rest room. And breakfast choices are limited.

The only complaint I have is that to reach the controls for the air conditioning i had to stand on the desk. Why in the world is it set in the wall so high??????!!!!!!

The owners and staff are always so friendly, it’s quiet, and the rooms are clean. Not a lot of extra amenities, but that’s not what I’m looking for. I travel alone but feel safe here. There’s a respectable continental breakfast every morning. I stay here a couple times a year when visiting family.

Long check-in time. It was late (after a flight and long drive from airport). The clerk seemed somewhat unsure of the process and had to get help. Limited breakfast choices. Property was very clean, adequate. Did hear snoring from neighbor.

They wanted me to run my card twice after already paying for the room through Travelocity. He said it wasn't paid for & I ran my card it said APPROVED, he said it wasn't. I told him he was trying to scam me. Also it was advertised to have breakfast, but they didn't. There was nothing posted anywhere that they weren't having breakfast. The guy at front desk said it was because of refrigeration issue. They still could have put out coffee, juice & rolls of some kind. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because of having a breakfast. I asked for a refund for the breakfast portion. He said he'd have to talk to his manager & call me. I bet I don’t hear from either one. Super 8 is going downhill fast. I'll think twice before staying at another one.

Definitely a dated building. Not sure how safe this area is. Room was clean. My bigfest disappointment is the continental breakfast was pretty lacking. No bagels, muffins, danishes, ice or water. There is a waffle maker which id normally appreciate, but no time for that this time. We ended up eating somewhere else.

Super convenient location for my travel plans. Relatively quiet, unassuming property.

This location & quality was adequate for a very brief stay as an overnight stop to rest before leaving early the next morning. Safe, secure & convenient for interstate travel. A bit run down & dingy. Room smelled a bit. Breakfast was acceptable and worked as a quick bite/grab & go.

Easy On-Off from I-94 and Clean Room with New HVAC Unit for both heating and cooling. Continental Breakfast just OK, but I understood that when I selected a Hotel to stay solely based on price. Since I was only driving long distance, checked in at 11PM and was out by 10AM, it worked out fine.

Advertised having breakfast on Hotels.com. Also had a large sign in lobby that breakfast was 6-9. Came down to breakfast and there was none plus nobody at the desk. We were directed to call a number which a woman picked up and just repeated no refund. They are running a scam through your company. They reflect badly on Hotels.com.

Very poor customer service.. rundown.. outside was not groomed.. garbage.. weeds everywhere.. a/c did not work well and TV was constantly searching for service.. food was terrible for breakfast in a dingy locked room..

Dirty, run down, horrible breakfast option - not as advertised

For the money this Motel was absolutely fine. Nothing special but adequate for a night. Breakfast was simple but some bread and a toaster in addition to the waffles, fruit, yoghurt, cereals would have made it better.

No breakfast even though its stated there is. TV did not work at all. It was too late to have them fix it so I checked the satellite receiver myself. The cable literally shocked me like 3 times. Looked behind the tv stand and there was trash and eating utensils. Didnt look any further so I didnt have to think about it. It was a quiet uneventful crappy stay.
