Honestly, pictures don’t do this place justice. The REZORT exceeded every expectation we had. The home is BEAUTIFUL, spacious, spotless, and designed perfectly for large groups, families, or anyone wanting a luxury experience near Atlanta.From the moment we arrived, everything felt high-end and well thought out. The pool area, entertainment spaces, comfortable bedrooms, and overall vibe made it feel more like a private resort than a rental home.The host communication was top tier from start to finish — quick responses, professional, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making sure we had an amazing stay.The location was also perfect. Close enough to Atlanta attractions, restaurants, shopping, and events while still feeling private and relaxing.Our group kept saying the same thing all weekend: “We don’t want to leave.”If you’re considering booking this property for family trips, birthdays, celebrations, business travel, sports events, or FIFA 2026 preparations… BOOK IT. We appreciate the communication. Ver far and we shared a health issue of our 100 year old guest of honor, asking to cancel, well in advance. While the host”does” have a no cancellation policy, when doing business there should be ethics that override monetary gain. We all want to feel safe not just physically but safe in ethical ways too. We travel a lot we have never encountered a host that refused to be little willing to be collaborative in our request, at all. The only support or option was on a future stay. A second experience is usually very unlikely if the initial experience shows no willingness to even give back a small refund. We are sure there will be a long and intense response but how we treat people in the end is what matters most. It is rare to celebrate someone’s 100th birthday. A great host should make some adjustment. It matters a lot to us to work with hosts who can be understanding. When booking this site be careful, I would say who you do business with shows if their is no flexibility (that is agreeable) just a frigid policy, people are human, they get sick. We all expect a little compassion. Caring is caring. Not caring, is evident here.
