Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable & ideally located in Todd, NC - close to Boone & West Jefferson. Comfortable beds, lovely fire pit & fireplace. When we arrived the hot tub was a little murky so we called the office & their maintenance man (Kyle) came right away & efficiently fixed the problem with a drain/shock so the water was sparkling & hot tub was a welcome plunge for sore muscles. Highly recommend this little slice of heaven far away from the city bustle but still close to quaint dining and shopping!

There was a cool, autumn breeze that would flow down the valley in the evening, and there was a quiet stillness at night. The bedding and appliances are top notch, and the rental company was very responsive and accommodating. It's a 10 minute drive to Jefferson and 25 minutes to Boone. So you have serenity in the woods or pubs in town at your convenience. I would stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute cabin, 2 king size beds were a plus if you were traveling with 2 couples, reasonably priced. Disappointed with the kitchen pots and pans(many need to be thrown out), silverware drawer feels like it wants to fall out when opened, no closets, hot tub water was cloudy and contained black particles that accumulated on the lower right side, never could figure out the upstairs shower, cabin was very dark inside, walkway to front porch was always muddy.

The rocking chairs on the porch were great! Perfect little cabin with everything we needed!
