Micampus Estrada 11 Student Residence

La struttura è moderna, pulita e vicino alla Metro Begoña linea 10 che porta direttamente in centro. Ci sono due supermercati vicino alla struttura ed è un' ottima soluzione per stare qualche giorno a Madrid

La struttura e la camera sono nuove, il problema è il servizio, prima mi dicono di fare il check-in ad un indirizzo e poi ti mandano in un altro posto a 600 metri. Arrivato li, prima attendo 20 minuti per la coda al check-in, poi non riescono ad aprire la mia camera, cosi che aspetto altri 45 minuti per poter entrare nella mia stanza

This is not the fault of the accommodation.. poor description of check in .. hotels describes front desk which is not how check in occurs .. one email says we have to download app then you will receive 2nd email with different code to use on a machine at accommodation which allows the app to key open accommodation.. but no 2nd email received.. and the address of the accommodation is wrong .. Too hard we bailed on it and went somewhere else that’s just money gone !!!

Clean room but awful experience. Terrible management. No information provided, no reception, nobody to speak to, no contact info. Called over 10+ times, no answer. Had to walk the streets for 2.5 hours to trying to find someone to help me check in, went to 5 of their buildings all located 15-20 minutes away, most were empty, no managerial staff present, no reception staff around. Absolutely useless. I had to drag all of my luggage around, lost my jacket & ripped my bag in the process. Never again. Absolutely awful management. No compensation, no apology. Over 8 people had the same situation. Never experienced anything like it. The expectation for your customers to go on a wild goose chase around Madrid, awful.
