Very cute boutique hotel, with very friendly staff. The 1 drawback was no elevator and room was on the 2nd floor. Would definitely recommend this place for a night.

Very reasonably priced hotel compared to others. Convenient location to bc ferry and central to Burnaby new westminster and Vancouver east side No elevator must carry everything up stairs. No kettle or coffee maker in room. Tub needs a grab bar. Staff are great. Very clean Bed too soft for us.

The staff are incredibly accommodating. They are helpful in many ways. Including help with luggage, providing excellent advice regarding dinning, local entertainment and services, and simple directions. The hotel is impeccably maintained. Parking is abundant. The beds are superb!!! Overall it's definitely a first choice of mine while staying in the lower mainland of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

The hotel is in a plaza and even though it looks different, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only negative issue was that there is no elevators, so you will have to carry luggage up and down stairs. Otherwise it was a nice stay for the one night. Lot's of stores near by.

This hotel is a bit old in age but it offers features that other hotels can't bear for a reasonable price to stay. It's a very quiet space situated in an area that's close enough to convenience stores or restaurants. There's a gym next door for guests who love to stay fit. Enough parking spaces in back of building if you have a vehicle. Guests are offered free water bottles in the fridge in their room and complimentary snacks put out daily at front desk to enjoy. One thing I'm a little unsatisfied about was the cleanliness of the bathroom. But I won't dock too many points off for that simply because housekeepers have lots to do--and often within a limited time, so mistakes can happen from time to time. The problem as corrected when I asked housekeeping to redo it to make the remainder of our stay more comfortable.

This little hidden gem is super clean, super comfy and super affordable. We didn’t need a pool and we weren’t going to spend over $400 to sleep one nightin a room, nor did we want to sleep above a bar or in an area where it wasn’t safe to walk around outside. Queens Hotel hits all the marks. Clean comfortable, safe and affordable and it actually has a pretty cool little stylistic flare to it. Don’t forget to sit on the Royal Einfeld motorcycle and get a picture in the lobby. I love this place!

The hotel is in a mini strip mall and it doesn't look like much but as soon as you walk in you can tell they made a huge effort to make you feel at home. They have a friendly staff and so helpful. Rooms were spotless and newly renovated. I got in very late and appreciated the snacks and coffee machine. The hotel is close to my warehouse and will be my go to place when booking a work trip.

The room was perfect for our stay- clean and more modern than expected. The bed was very comfortable and the location is a less than 5 minute drive from Queensborough landing - Walmart, Starbucks, restaurants/fast food, dollarama as well as higher-end outlet shops. The fact that it is pet friendly is also a huge bonus

It was fine for a short stay. The room was quite small but the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Staff were great. A lot of security cameras and codes to get in so the place seemed really safe.

Inside the room, air conditioner was very noisy. When I turned it off, I noticed the next morning that there is a daycare right below my window. Got a little noisy with screaming toddlers but overall not too bad. A little weird that the doors are locked 24 hours a day. The neighborhood seems pretty good so I’m not sure why they do that. Staff were incredibly friendly and nice. Far above average, in fact, quite excellent.

I did not like the small room I was provided. It was not the room I paid for. The whole room was smaller than a single bedroom apartment bedroom. The place is clean and nice. They just gave me the smallest room to offer and that wasn’t what I was charged for.

It’s a renovated older building in a strip mall. The front end staff and housekeeping staff are amazing!! The place was clean and snacks /coffee are provided. Massage chair for $5/15 min was fabulous. They only downside for us was no central air- instead a very loud window air conditioner with a large floor fan to circulate the air to the second room (we had the 2 bedroom). The hallway was so hot! It was 30 degrees outside but the air conditioner kept up , it was just realllly loud

Aside from the hotel itself being lovely in every way, what stood out the most was the friendly and insanely accommodating staff. You can tell they cared about the service they provided. When I called with an early check in request, due to my daughter being extremely car sick, they were quick to arrange an early check in. I would for sure stay there again.

We stayed at the Queens Hotel during the Air Canada strike that left our family stranded in Vancouver after an alaskan cruise. The hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside but it was charming and clean. The best part of this place, though, was the amazing staff! We were in a stressful situation and they were so kind and helpful. They let us have a late check out and when we had to stay another night, they had kept our rooms for us just in case we needed them. Every staff member we met was so kind and helpful!! We enjoyed our stay (despite the circumstances)!!

We were in a stressful situation and they were so kind and helpful. They let us have a late check out and when we had to stay another night, they had kept our rooms for us just in case we needed them. Every staff member we met was so kind and helpful!! We enjoyed our stay (despite the circumstances)!!

From the outside, the hotel is a little suspect, but any hesitation we may have felt quickly vanished once we spoke to the very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had all the usual basic amenities one expects from a hotel. The AC unit was maybe a little loud but it did not bother us. The area also suited us well as it had a few good restaurants, a convenience store, a kids park, Starbucks, all within a short walking distance.

Furthermore, there are fantastic locally owned restaurants within walking distance.

It's a small boutique hotel that has a "family run" vibe to it. Everyone that works at the hotel goes out of their way to make your stay more comfortable. From the management, the front desk crew, and the cleaning/maintenance personnel. It's located in a quiet, peaceful, mostly residential neighborhood. Their are a great many locally owned family restaurants nearby to choose from. It's really nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location is excellent. It takes approximately 45 minutes in total to get to Downtown Vancouver via one very short bus ride to Vancouver's world class SkyTrain System. And, parking in Downtown Vancouver is a nightmare! It's a well hidden gem in the Lower Mainland. You have the benefits of safety, and convenience. Great onsite parking, and great transportation options.

Overall, hotel was in fairly good shape, just old building and the area outside the property had homeless people hanging by. Next to a liquor store with some shady people going in and out. AC was in the window and made it so the shades couldn’t be drawn all the way which let light in the room. Would still stay here again, as the price was good, but if you’re looking for fancy, consider an upgrade.

This is a fun stay in a revitalized little neighborhood. It is nicely renovated and accessed through a strip mall. The mall has a wonderful bakery and sushi restaurant. The only thing missing was an airport shuttle. There were available ride share drivers nearby though. Staff were friendly and helpful. All rooms are on the second floor so lack of elevator wasn’t a big deal.

Almost hidden place in a strip mall. Had my reservations pulling in but place is really clean and nice. We had our corgi with us and it was about the least expensive pet friendly spot near Vancouver. They did charge me a $20 fee for the corgi but not a big deal. They offered dog beds and bowls as well. Clean room nothing fancy but nice and comfortable a/c fridge and microwave. The Indian place around the corner was actually really good and it was a quiet neighborhood to take the dog for a walk. Will definitely consider coming again.

Wasn't sure what to expect when booking this room but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Bed was comfortable and clean and had excellent bed linen. The towels were big and fluffy. The rooms were well equipped with almost everything you'd need. The only thing that was missing for me was a coffee maker in the room.

I wasn’t sure what to expect because of the mixed reviews and I have no idea about the area where the hotel is. It turns out to be a pleasant surprise. It’s tugged in a strip mall, easy to miss. The plaza was busy when I checked in because there is a gym, a liquor store and a bakery there, but feel safe as the entrance is locked and you need a code to get in if the staff is not there. It doesn’t have much amenities, but clean and offers complementary snacks and bottled qater. One thing that is not too convenient for me was breakfast. There is no breakfast place or coffee shop you can get to easily without a car. You can walk about 10-15 minutes to a Tim Hortons which was what I did. Overall it’s a good stay and I would stay there again.

Amazing spot to stay while visiting Vancouver! A little out of downtown, but not far enough it’s a hassle to get around. The staff here were very kind and accommodating. The whole hotel was very welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. Overall if you don’t mind walking a little and staying in a smaller space, this place is a great choice. Our only critique is there are no Smart TV’s or third party streaming setups to use, at least not in the room we booked. We definitely will be looking to book here again next time we come back!

The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Like sleeping on a cloud. I felt as if I was in my own bed. Very quiet, no disturbance from other visitors. Lots of available parking. Restaurants and convienience stores within steps from the hotel. If you want more shopping oppertunities for food or supplies, 500M walk away is a shopping center with more restaurant choices, coffee shops, and retail stores. The staff, can't forget them. So friendly, polite, and helpful. Always smiling and welcoming. I'll defiently be returning, without hesitation, every time I return to Vancouver.
