The atmosphere of the place…

Hotel and Staff were nice. Breakfast was ok. Biggest problem i faced was the lack of parking. The lots infront of the hotel were perpetually fully occupied. Driving around looking for parking was stressful, and significantly diminished the trip’s enjoyment.

Truly amazing hotel. Rooms 123 and 124 had a fantastic private terrace where the views of the balloons were awesome. Hotel was in the centre of town close to all the restaurants and it was on flat ground so no hills to climb to reach it. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty choice for everyone. Goreme seems to be the bigger of the towns nearby so loads to do nearby with fairy chimneys all around.

We booked the rooms with a view. And we got the terrace to all to ourselves. The view was very good.

Great place to stay walkable to shop/restaurants, staff helpful especially at breakfast, rooms spacious & charming, easy street parking, on flat area of town.

Perfect location. Great breakfast and kind staff. Lots of stairs. Little tourist info from the front desk, but very friendly.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Goreme with amazing views. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and could watch the balloons in the morning from our balcony.

Great location right in Göreme on one of the main streets, some parking availiable right in front of the hotel. Kind and helpful staff. The beds are a bit hatd though.

Staff was helpful. Facilities inside hotel could be better. Room is big enough and comfortable bed. Hairdryer was broken.

Hotel super bem localizado, funcionários simpáticos, café da manhã muito bom, quarto amplo, achei que a cama e travesseiro são um pouco duros na minha opinião. O estacionamento é na rua, mas é possível achar vaga nas proximidades.

Alles super! Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The hotel’s profile photos can be somewhat misleading. I stayed for four days in a top-floor private terrace room, but encountered several issues. The bathroom ceiling was leaking rainwater, the towels were extremely worn out and rough, and the toilet paper had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the mini fridge was not cooling properly. The tap water was very hard and rough. Nowadays, many hotels install water softeners and filters to improve water quality, but this hotel did not. Overall, I was quite disappointed and would not recommend this place. If you'd like, I can also help you make it more formal, casual, or detailed!

No complaints except there was dirt coming out of the shower faucet. The shower faucet pressure would go low and fast it was unpredictable. Staff were wonderful.

Nos dieron una habitación que tenía el baño sucio. Había restos de pisadas con barro y insectos muertos por todo el baño. Nos quejamos y nos cambiaron de habitación sin ni siquiera pedir disculpas. Cuando llegamos a la nueva habitación el baño parecía limpio, hasta que levantamos la tapa del inodoro y vimos los restos de excrementos de la última persona que estuvo allí. Esta vez se disculparon y mandaron a alguien a limpiar el baño. La persona que limpio se limitó a pasar la escobilla con un poco de lejía, no limpio el resto del inodoro. Nos volvimos a quejar y subieron con un trapo mojado para pasarlo por el inodoro vagamente.Al final tuvimos que comprar toallitas desinfectantes para limpiar nosotros el baño. La habitación era fría y la bomba de calor/ac no funcionaba. Secador funciona solo durante 10seg, después se apaga. Hidromasaje huele a agua podrida cuando lo enciendes. La nevera no funciona. Solicitamos hasta en dos ocasiones el breakfast box por que salíamos a las 7am. Cuando llegamos a recepción no había nadie (nos dijeron que era 24h) y por supuesto, el desayuno no estaba preparando. Cuando subimos a la cocina a preguntar por él, el cocinero se enfado diciendo que nadie le había informado que tenía que preparar nada, pese que habíam avisado hasta en dos ocasiones de cuando salíamos y haber recibido el ok por su parte. El hotel esta lleno de polvo por todas partes y parece bastante abandonado. Da la sensación que no les importa nada. Trampa para turistas.

Clean and tidy Spacious room Friendly staff Location is great

Had a nice time at the Stone House Cave Hotel. Our room was on the ground level with windows looking out at the street. It was pretty quiet considering the shops and cars just outside. Our Deluxe Double room was a good size with plenty of space. The bathroom did appear to have some mold on the ceiling but I think that’s pretty common in these stone/cave buildings. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating! The location is perfect for walking around town and exploring. Overall I would recommend!

A localização é excelente, num local plano e perto de tudo. Tudo foi feito de forma rápida, tanto a entrada e saida. Todos os dias eram feitas limpezas no quarto, assim como sempre que precisamos de algo erámos rapidamente atendidos. Estão realmente de parabens.

Don’t waste your money on this hotel.we stayed in a family suite. The AC never worked during our 3 night stay. After multiple complains- no response from the reception or manager.our last night manager finally checked in, looked at the AC and goes I will send some one. We left the room for the whole day. Came back to a boiling oven per usual. Cappadocia is a tourist attraction and these hotels have captured it well.the architecture is amazing no doubt.rooms are spacious but dirty. Mould everywhere in the bathroom.it reeks of the mould smell.beds and pillows are terrible.flat out mattresses. We can ignore all that as long as you get a shut eye after a 7-8 hr long day of walking and exploring the town. But that you can’t !! Because AC is messed up. For the whole suite there is one tiny until which is auto set for 8 mins and starts flashing once it shuts off. The hotel didn’t have the courtesy to even manually fix it. Nothing !!! Every one in the reception responds - tell Majeed in the morning, tell kader in the evening. Or a simple Getaway response “I don’t understand, what can I do ?” Well then why are you at the reception when you can’t understand simple English. They kept us giving a run around. Every day we went to the relevant parties. No response no actions. Breakfast - olives and cheese is all you get so don’t get fooled by the spread! Rooms are terrible and over priced! Good luck

Nice place to stay. Room was small and some of the Lights were not working. We told the staff but they did not make any changes. Loved the balcony! Overall a pleasant stay.

私が泊まった部屋はデザインは素敵だけれど、少し圧迫感がありました。友人の部屋はモダンでした。部屋によってまったくデザインが違うので、滞在の雰囲気も違うと思います。2階の踊り場のようなところは、眺めがよく開放感があります。食堂も明るい感じでした。

This was not my first time in Cappadocia. However, this was my worst experience in any hotel. We came to vacation with a 3 month old and she was being fussy… they callled the room 3 minutes after check out time (even though we asked for late check out) . As soon as we checked in I mentioned why our room smelt like seweage… they told Us to open the windows? (Mind you it was 10 degrees Celsius in Cappadocia. I recommend to stay somewhere else.

The staff is amazing! We stayed for 5 nights and nothing to complain about. We liked very much our experience at Stone House. I highly recommend this place.

Otele ilk gittiğimizde karşılayan olmadı. Kendi çabamızla aracımızı park edebileceğimiz yer bulabildik. Odamıza ulaşım merdivenlerden olduğundan ve merdiven sayısı fazla olduğundan oradan yardım istedik. Otel sessiz ve sakindi. Çıkış günü yine resepsiyona ulaşıp valizlerimiz için yardım istediğimizde orada farklı bir arkadaş vardı. Bize butik otellerin bellboy u olmadığını ve yardımcı olamayacaklarını söyledi. Burayı tercih eden arkadaşların. Bu konuları göz önünde bulundurarak gelmelerini öneririm.

Good location and the staff was great and very helpful. They sent me an email after I booked the room with all the tour prices. I booked all my tours through them and was very happy with the tours. This allow me to utilize my 3 days stay to the fullish with less headaches. They also arranged my shuttle airport transfers.

二泊三日で利用しました。空港からのシャトルバスの乗り継ぎも簡単でした。 到着してからは英語をほとんど使うことができない私たちのために、ゆっくり話してくれました。ラクダのツアーと帰る日の空港までの送迎の日付をこちらが間違えてしまっていましたが、柔軟に迅速に対応してくれて本当に感謝しています。どのスタッフも最高でした。 朝ご飯の会場には猫がたくさん待っており、素敵な時間でした。

Great hotel with super location and unique setup.Restaurant food and service in the in house restaurant was excellent. Front desk people were great. A bit disappointed that we didn’t get great service from housekeeping until we left a tip. Also, asked several times for extra hangers (there were only 3 in the room and we were there for 3 days). Never got extra. Highly recommend the in house tour company. Mahmet was fabulous on the green tour. Short walk to get a bottle of wine which they served us in this “dry” hotel restaurant.

The location was great as it was within walking distance to restaurants we loved. The property also offered the Red and Green tours from the location which made it super convenient. The on-property restaurant served a great Turkish breakfast and was a welcome place to eat after the long trip from the US. The staff was excellent as well. The major drawback was the musty smell (I think cave hotels all smell like that), the very hard mattress and uncomfortable chairs in the sitting room.

O hotel não em conforto algum, a cama é horrível, sem lençóis, apenas edredom. A recepção não se esforça em nada para resolver os problemas dos hóspedes. Escolhemos meia pensão, todo dia o jantar era quase o mesmo. Estragou nossa estadia na Capadócia.

We went purposely for the unusual scenery and the magical Balloon ride. Both were were excellent. The hotel room needed better lighting for makeup and reading as very dark. Disappointed in the set menu each night as limited to meat. Overall a good hotel with helpful staff and tours arranged for us on advance.
