SINGLE-STORY GITE (accessible to people with reduced mobility with assistance). Entrance with cloakroom area, comfortable kitchen-dining room separated from the cozy living room with its 2 sofas (one of which can be converted as a spare) and TV, by a sliding door. Two bedrooms, each with bathroom and toilet (beautiful Italian showers) and direct access to the garden: the "pommiers" in white and blue, 160x200 bed and TV, and the "jardin" in warm tones, with a double bed (140x190). You can enjoy on one side a completely private garden of approximately 110 m², with a view of the sheep pasture and geese behind the hedge, and on the other a second garden in share with the guest rooms: relaxation area, terrace under the pergola and trampoline. You can also stroll in Denise's beautiful garden. Petanque ground and ping-pong table available. If necessary, 3 guest rooms on the property, one of which is adjoining the gîte upstairs.
