Nestled in the heart of a peaceful village in the Normandy countryside, this superb gîte is one of those hidden gems you cherish. It truly embodies everything you could wish for in a perfect holiday home: a charming setting, plenty of area both inside and out, a cozy and inviting interior where the décor highlights the character of this historic building with contemporary touches, elegant and comfortable bedrooms with excellent bedding, top-notch amenities, and above all, a focus on leisure! In the annex, you'll love the beautiful, welcoming room that promises hours of fun for all ages: a pool table, foosball, toys and games, a kitchenette, and a library for everyone. For sunny days, everything is in place to enjoy the lovely garden with its mature trees: a pleasant dining area, a comfortable lounge where you can relax with a chat or a coffee, and sun loungers to set up in your favorite spot. Finally, let's not forget the farm's mascots: Willow and Rhea, the alpacas (real teddy bears), Masha and Mishka, the pygmy goats, the chickens; and of course, the farm's sheep. Mylène and Mathieu will guide you in your walks and, whenever possible, will be able to tell you about the farm's products. This single-story cottage (with access to the bedrooms and bathrooms via two half-steps on one side and a quarter-step on the other) features an entrance leading into a spacious living area. On one side is a cozy lounge, and on the other, a comfortable dining room seating eight. The living area opens onto a bright and well-equipped kitchen (with Senseo and Dolce Gusto coffee machines, raclette and fondue sets). There are two bedrooms on either side: two with two single beds (90x200cm), which can be combined into a double bed upon request, and two with a double bed (160x200cm). The bathrooms include a lovely shower room (with a bathtub and vanity unit) and a separate shower room (with a large walk-in shower and vanity unit), as well as two separate toilets. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer opens to the rear of the cottage. In the annex, there's a superb games room with a foosball table, a pool table, and a children's area with books and toys. You'll enjoy a large, partially enclosed garden of approximately 800 m², with mature trees providing perfect shade, and a terrace with a dining area (featuring a lovely round table), a lounge area, and eight sun loungers. Games include balls, skittles, and badminton. The cottage is the former farmhouse of the neighboring property and offers complete privacy.
