You will have 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a living room with a fully equipped private kitchen, featuring several coffee makers: a standard coffee machine, a capsule machine, and an Italian coffee maker. Air conditioning is installed in every room. Wi-Fi, private TV, and a washing machine are available for your use. Upon request, children's amenities such as a crib and high chair can be provided. Enjoy the private garden with natural vegetation, the private outdoor pool (usually open from April 1st to October 1st, depending on the weather), a private barbecue, 2 open terraces, and 1 covered terrace. The outdoor areas offer beautiful views of the sea and mountains. The villa offers 5 shared parking spaces on site. Up to 2 pets are allowed with prior approval—please specify number and type. Pets are not permitted on beds or sofas, and you must clean up after them and respect the property. Parties are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are available on request for an extra fee.
