Front staff was not very helpful. She was on her phone talking to someone else while handling my personal items (debit card & ID) seems to be a violation of my privacy/personal items. Alot of Shady people walking around and hotel guests/ random people coming and going from rooms with Bicycles down the halls.

We had to make last minute plans so we stayed here.. never again. The lobby was locked at check in, so I waited 15 mins til someone showed up who informed us she had to go to the bathroom and there was none in the lobby. There was someone smoking crack on the balcony when I walked to the room. I didn’t feel safe leaving my car there. The room was dirty. It had one bar of soap. One washcloth. 2 small worm bath towels. The bed was no queen size like the reservation, it was full with 2 small pillows. I bought my pillows in from the car, which I threw away the next morning. Just awful.

I stayed for two nights and the room wasn't cleaned, but the proximity to SeaWorld is excellent.

The location of the hotel is good. It is close to old town, the mall and not far from sea world. Although the staff was friendly, upon arrival the elevator was not working, the key did not open our door the second night staying there had to go back to the front desk and get new keys. The blankets were torn, there was a dry blood stain on the bathroom floor and the room had a funny smell. We never got clean towels and the room was not serviced during our stay. There was no breakfast and the WiFi did not work either. Very busy area off the freeway. You get what you pay for.

Probably one of the better motel sixes in San Diego actually is the best one I see in San Diego. Thank you guys for amazing service and rooms are really clean and neat.
