In the tranquility of this hamlet bordering the forest, Véronique and Philippe have created a haven entirely dedicated to holidays and disconnecting: settle in and enjoy! From the moment you step into the garden, completely enclosed for peace and quiet, you'll be captivated: a beautiful area all to yourself surrounded by greenery, sun loungers, furniture for al fresco dining, and on the pergola-style terrace, a true relaxation lounge where you're sure to spend many happy moments listening to the birdsong... or the frogs from the nearby pond. In the summer, the ponies from the village's riding center will be your neighbors. The house is comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully furnished: a proper kitchen where you can take your time preparing delicious meals, a living room to relax by a crackling fire, cozy bedrooms, warm décor, games, and toys. For leisure, games and a pétanque court are available. You'll love the little paths all around, perfect for strolling, perhaps even as far as Pont-Audemer, a charming "Little Venice of Normandy" just 5 km away, with its canals, old half-timbered houses, and picturesque alleyways. The coast and Honfleur are only 30 km away, and the exceptional Marais Vernier and its nature reserve are 9 km away. The owners live next door and will be happy to advise you on your sightseeing. On the ground floor: entrance into the living area with a lounge near the wood-burning stove, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The room opens directly onto the covered terrace. A bright bathroom with a large shower, vanity unit, and washing machine area. Separate wc. Upstairs, on one side, a lovely, cozy attic bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a rocking chair for relaxation, and on the other, a small green bedroom, perfect for two children with its two single beds. Outside, you'll enjoy a beautiful, private, and fully enclosed (fenced) area of approximately 500 m², bordered by a very shallow stream (about 2 meters wide) that flows into the lily pond; the pond itself is fully fenced. The wooden terrace is covered by a pergola, creating a comfortable lounge area. Next to it is your garden dining area and four comfortable sun loungers for a relaxing nap under the parasol. On the other side of the path, you'll find a shared enclosure with a pétanque court and an orchard near the (fully fenced) pond. Badminton, molkky, and darts are also available. Horse boarding in the pasture is possible upon request. There's a multi-sports court in the village, canoeing and a leisure center in Pont-Audemer, and hiking trails right on the property. Farm products are available in the village 2 km away.
