The hotel appears to be part-way through being rebranded, everything looked new and smelled clean, and of fresh paint. The only real downside was the crew that started installing new door locks on the rooms on my floor at 4:00pm, making a terrible racket with what sounded like a router, as well as plenty of slamming and banging, which went on until well past 7:00pm.

The hotel itself is under going a change and so it is in chaos. When we checked in, Jane was so busy telling us how horrible the rest of the staff was she did not get us checked in correctly and did not charge my card. This resulted in a 12:08 AM phone call from Jane which woke us from a deep sleep to get payment. When I brought my complaint to the front desk the next morning I was told they would pass it on. The manager was not in on the weekend. No one ever said anything else to me or contacted me about it. I don't know if the manager even knows. To top this off the only door to get into the hotel was the front because all other doors were locked due to construction. When we parked in the back, there was a door but it was locked and there was nothing on it to say it was permanently locked. You could not use the workout room either. Finally, there was construction mess everywhere and parts of the parking lot were blocked off with it making parking difficult.
