Elevator was not working and we were on the 3rd floor! No mention of that before we booked and no discount either. No coffee at breakfast because the coffee machine was broken. Food was very low with eggs and bacon and no milk like they were barely putting enough out or just enough for a few people. Tile in entrance of room had been mopped with polish or soap that was super slick and I almost fell, changed shoes, had same problem. I was afraid to walk on it because it was super slick and waxy. No body wash in shower or bathroom! That is an easy thing for housekeeping to check but it was completely empty. Beds were comfortable and room was clean but we would not stay there again. Overall, just really sub-par for the basic expectations at a hotel.

The staff at this property was very good during our check in. We’re in our 70s and the elevator was out of order. Two maids volunteered to carry our bags up to third floor, thankfully. The A/C was very loud and disturbing. The front desk in the morning informed us that the elevator was still out of order, but did not offer any assistance with our luggage down the three flights of stairs. This could have been a complete disaster if one of us tripped with our luggage down the stairs, but fortunately we made it safely to the lobby.

This was a last-minute reservation, as we had been on the road for 8+ hours. First impressions pretty much always set the tone, and Maya was wonderful! She was such a pleasure to talk with; answered all of our questions. The breakfast was delish, and the breakfast attendants were kind when we goofed up trying to make waffles. :) We made a great choice staying here. If we are ever back in the Biloxi area, this will definitely be our go-to hotel.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was wonderful. We did not have their breakfast nor use the pool but the lobby was very clean and the pool area was very clean. The bed was so comfortable and I could have slept all day in it. The shower floor was kinda of slippery but the shower itself was very spacious and water pressure felt great! The lighting in the bathroom could have been a little brighter but we managed. Overall it was a great stay and we will stay again.
