Os pontos positivos foram a cama enorme e nova e ar condicionado mto bom! Mas são mtos os pontos negativos: hotel em reforma, barulho absurdo de reforma, em um bairro que achei horrível e perigoso, de madrugada teve uma mulher gritando, berrando a madrugada quase toda! Em alguns momentos, ele ficou até eu até motel! Quartos com mtas baratas, não sentimos sensação de limpeza, ele fedia e tinha muita poeira. Pra completar, ainda havia uma calça comprida, meia e creme dental de outro hóspede! Passamos somente 1 noite e não pretendo voltar mais nunca!

Super Lake é um bom hotel para quem deseja descansar depois de andar o dia todo em outros roteiros por Nova Iorque. O Bairro onde está localizada não é dos melhores, mas o Hotel tem um acesso fácil ao Metrô. Há também algumas lojas interessantes pelo bairro do Flushing, bairro tipicamente asiático.

I'm going to be fair and say that I cannot give a full star on any of the questions asked because the hotel is being renovated. What I don't understand is why do companies open up their business when it is being renovated? It takes away from the possibility of earning higher Stars due to the construction the noise possibly the dust that may scatter while construction is on the go. It would be so much better if all the construction is done and then open up. God pity the person who has asthma and the construction is taking place on the floor there on and rented in the room next to the person. I just don't understand why it's done but I must fairly rate the hotel with a half star for each of the questions asked. The bedroom was neat clean but the curtains were shabby. I stayed on the floor where you could see outside if a person knelt down on their knees you could see right into the room I suggest that you get curtains that are black out curtains that reach all the way down to the bottom of the floor to help maintain the privacy of your customers the bathroom tile was beautiful on the floor as well as on the wall the sink was definitely beautiful and I hope it remains that way. Customer service was nothing to brag about it was very average I guess one would say. The outside is very busy the outside of this hotel it's next to the Ramada and a next to a whole lot of seafood restaurants noodle shops a lot of Asian cuisines. It de
