The hotel is nice and modern. Room was very nice, bathroom as well. Only the pool was quite small and it should be heated. The parking was big and safe. The hotel is not close to the center, so keep that in mind, it takes around 10 min by car.

Very comfortable hotel, 10 mins from the airport and an easy drive into the Old Town area. Good facilities (pool/gym, etc) and a very nice breakfast selection. Ate in the restaurant on the 15th floor one evening. Nice views but the service was terrible, they were very slow and seemingly under-staffed and had to send one dish back so wouldn’t recommend it. But in general, the hotel was good and the rooms were very big with nice bathrooms and the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Era tutto molto perfetto. Il personale era molto Gentile, molto disponibile, professionale e solare. La Camera era molto pulita e molto spaziosa. Nel nostro pachetto era inclusa anche la colazione, la quale era molto abbondante e con una vasta scelta. Ovviamente era tutto fresco e appena preparato. L’unica cosa un po negativa era l’acqua della piscina la quale era molto fredda.

Het diner in het rooftop restaurant was geweldig. Prachtig uitzicht over Sarajevo en de bergen. De spa en het zwembad was ook heel prettig vertoeven. De schommels bij de receptie zorgen voor een speels welkom voor de kinderen. Alleen jammer dat de jacuzzi/bubbelbad het niet deed in de kamer. Zeer ruime driepersoonskamer.

Het diner in het rooftop restaurant was geweldig. Prachtig uitzicht over Sarajevo en de bergen. De spa en het zwembad was ook heel prettig vertoeven. De schommels bij de receptie zorgen voor een speels welkom voor de kinderen. Alleen jammer dat de jacuzzi/bubbelbad het niet deed in de kamer. Zeer ruime driepersoonskamer.

New hotel not to far from Downtown Sarajevo, highly recommended, clean, good staff, absolutely great breakfast. There is a bar on the rooftop, but it doesn't serve alcohol (for the record). Parking is onsite, and easy to find spots. Good location, even to take public transportation to the City Center if you wish to.

Upon check in I found in my bathroom mould. After switching 3 separate rooms I found them in every room. Definitely its a health hazard. Reception tries to clear the situation with housekeeping.

Otel rahatlık ve konfor olarak güzel. Temiz ve aile dostu bir oteldi. Kahvaltı gayet iyiydi çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Bana göre tek negatif özelliği konumu merkeze biraz uzak tramvay ile ulaşım var ancak onun içinde 3-5 dk yürümeniz gerekiyor çocuklu aile için zor olabilir

A little bit far away from the city center, but with public transport near by. The cleanliness of the rooms needs to be improved: the floor was full of garbage and wasn't vacuumed during my four-day stay. It didn't seem a right pproached, the housekeeping try to enter on every day around 9am to clean the room The staff are friendly, but very unhelpful.

We were warmly greeted by extremely nice staff. The room is clean and modern. We liked the modern take on the traditional Bosnian carpets. The cafe and restaurant were excellent. It is less than a 10 minute drive to airport . A gas station is on the complex.

The hotel pictures online are from many years ago. Hotel is generally a bit tired. Service was ok, breakfast average. The problem we gad was that ventilation was not working so we gad to open windows. But air pollution and smell was bad at this time in Sarajevo so it was not pleasurable.

Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, Nachbarn schnarchen gehört usw Preisleistungsverhältnis passt. Haben es nur für 1 Nacht gebucht, dafür war es in Ordnung.

Vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. Je kan dag en nacht je vragen stellen. Ruime en grote kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijt. We hadden wel een auto gehuurd. Parkeren in het hotel was makkelijk. Dus ik weet niet echt hoe het is als men openbare vervoer gebruikt naar het centrum van stad. Ik vernam dat taxi's daar goedkoop is. Ligt in loopafstand een grote supermarkt. In ieder geval een aanrader.

Vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. Je kan dag en nacht je vragen stellen. Ruime en grote kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijt. We hadden wel een auto gehuurd. Parkeren in het hotel was makkelijk. Dus ik weet niet echt hoe het is als men openbare vervoer gebruikt naar het centrum van stad. Ik vernam dat taxi's daar goedkoop is. Ligt in loopafstand een grote supermarkt. In ieder geval een aanrader.

Stayed here in August for 1 night as it was close to the airport and was very disappointed. I got locked in the bathroom due to the lock and finally got out. The bathroom lock and handle was clearly broken but hadnt been replaced. Reception finally got someone upstairs to fix it but they werent able to at 11pm. The hotel is ageing and needs a whole revamp. Close to the airport, 5 min taxi which was convenient and was given a goodybag breakfast as left before breakfast started. Due to the condition of the rooms, was disappointed.

The property is misrepresented on Expedia. The property does not have working AC units in rooms. The temperature inside the room could not get below 27°C or 82°F. We paid $160 USD for a hot room. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Miljacka is right next to the hotel and is causing the sewer smell in area with many mosquitoes. There are better stays in area for that amount of money. We wont ever be back to this property again.

Blandade intryck. Modernt hotell med kul inredning och hyfsad service. Medioker frukost men helt okej takbar/restaurang. Flera skavanker på rummet, t ex gardinerna och toan. Ligger en bit utanför centrum, men lätt ta sig dit med spårvagn på 20 minuter.

Vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. Je kan dag en nacht je vragen stellen. Ruime en grote kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijt. We hadden wel een auto gehuurd. Parkeren in het hotel was makkelijk. Dus ik weet niet echt hoe het is als men openbare vervoer gebruikt naar het centrum van stad. Ik vernam dat taxi's daar goedkoop is. Ligt in loopafstand een grote supermarkt. In ieder geval een aanrader.

Beautiful hotel with unique decorations that tie into Bosnian culture! Our room was lovely and the bed was comfy! The staff was excellent during both check in and check out. They even made sure to have a packed to go lunch for us since we left really early to the airport. Will stay again when we come back!

A little bit far away from the city center, but with public transport near by. The cleanliness of the rooms needs to be improved: the floor was full of garbage and wasn't vacuumed during my four-day stay. It didn't seem a right pproached, the housekeeping try to enter on every day around 9am to clean the room The staff are friendly, but very unhelpful.

Blandade intryck. Modernt hotell med kul inredning och hyfsad service. Medioker frukost men helt okej takbar/restaurang. Flera skavanker på rummet, t ex gardinerna och toan. Ligger en bit utanför centrum, men lätt ta sig dit med spårvagn på 20 minuter.

The hotel is nice and modern. Room was very nice, bathroom as well. Only the pool was quite small and it should be heated. The parking was big and safe. The hotel is not close to the center, so keep that in mind, it takes around 10 min by car.

Hotel is very good and staff is nice and friendly. The location is a bit far from old town and attractions. No Uber service here so you have to rely on taxi or public transportation (there’s a tram #3 going to the old town). Also there’s road construction around the hotel right now so it’s very dusty to walk to the Tram station.

Otel rahatlık ve konfor olarak güzel. Temiz ve aile dostu bir oteldi. Kahvaltı gayet iyiydi çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Bana göre tek negatif özelliği konumu merkeze biraz uzak tramvay ile ulaşım var ancak onun içinde 3-5 dk yürümeniz gerekiyor çocuklu aile için zor olabilir

We were warmly greeted by extremely nice staff. The room is clean and modern. We liked the modern take on the traditional Bosnian carpets. The cafe and restaurant were excellent. It is less than a 10 minute drive to airport . A gas station is on the complex.

New hotel not to far from Downtown Sarajevo, highly recommended, clean, good staff, absolutely great breakfast. There is a bar on the rooftop, but it doesn't serve alcohol (for the record). Parking is onsite, and easy to find spots. Good location, even to take public transportation to the City Center if you wish to.

Era tutto molto perfetto. Il personale era molto Gentile, molto disponibile, professionale e solare. La Camera era molto pulita e molto spaziosa. Nel nostro pachetto era inclusa anche la colazione, la quale era molto abbondante e con una vasta scelta. Ovviamente era tutto fresco e appena preparato. L’unica cosa un po negativa era l’acqua della piscina la quale era molto fredda.

Era tutto molto perfetto. Il personale era molto Gentile, molto disponibile, professionale e solare. La Camera era molto pulita e molto spaziosa. Nel nostro pachetto era inclusa anche la colazione, la quale era molto abbondante e con una vasta scelta. Ovviamente era tutto fresco e appena preparato. Het diner in het rooftop restaurant was geweldig. Prachtig uitzicht over Sarajevo en de bergen. De spa en het zwembad was ook heel prettig vertoeven. De schommels bij de receptie zorgen voor een speels welkom voor de kinderen. Alleen jammer dat de jacuzzi/bubbelbad het niet deed in de kamer. Zeer ruime driepersoonskamer.

Everything was fine except for check-in and checkout. The girl at the check-in counter during check-in was very nice friendly and helpful so it is not her fault but the problem is that she was there on her own and there was no one else to help her so we had to wait, and line up, and it took too long to check in. Also checking out was a problem because again we had to wait for other people to finish their stupid questions about whatever they’re asking and we couldn’t just give the room key and leave even though we had nothing out of the mini bar because we had to pay some Bosnian tourist taxes which they did not ask us to pay when we checked in so it was just a waste of time. Other than that everything was fine.

Stort hotell. Flott utsikt fra skybaren (som ikke serverer alkohol) på toppen. Stort rom. Moderne. Badet var også stort. Kunne kanskje ha vært litt bedre vedlikehold på det. Super gratis parkering. Helt OK frokost. Kjøleskap og aircondition på rommet.
