It was a small clean room with a very nice restroom. There is no service on site and the number they give you can't be reached during most hours so if you have questions it won't get answered. That being said it was really convenient place to be, the price was great, and it was a very clean nice room. And actually the electronic check-in was fairly easy and they were helpful during the process.

The location was great, comfortable beds, loved the roomy bathroom. The room itself was really small, luckily there's a nice lounge on the 2nd floor if you want more sitting space. It's a little noisy inside, you can easily hear guests coming and going in the hallway. The checkin process definitely threw me, as it was the first time I had used a kiosk style check-in without a live person. I would definitely stay again, slept great and walked everywhere!

This was a good home base for accessing Hayes Valley. Clean and comfortable. Our room was next to the Main Street so traffic could be a little loud at night, bring earplugs. Also the toilet was clogged when we got there, and I eventually fixed it before we left, but one of the downsides of not having people onsite. But still overall acceptable for the price and location.

Very barebones but good experience. Everything was comfortable and worked. Felt like I got what I paid for because I was ready for the staff-less model.
