Excellent hotel experience. Everyone made this stay wonderful. Griffin and Christine were professional and very helpful with making our vacation great. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. The rooms were kept up twice a day by the staff. The bar and library were relaxing. Breakfast was very good at Figs. The rooftop hot tub was great especially with the cooler evenings. The bellmen were always friendly and extremely helpful with everything. I have no complaints whatsoever. It was quite a spectacular group of people making a wonderful guest experience. Thank you!

Excellent choice - simple yet elegant. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean. Extremely well located. Nice to chill in the library with tea and granola bars in the morning. Everyone is friendly and discreet. Highly recommended.

We were greeted right away outside the hotel after completing the pre check in. All the staff were excellent. It felt like a family run hotel. Issa at the bar had an amazing personality and we missed him on our last night there. The hotel is conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. In addition the restaurant in the hotel had delicious cuisine

Staff were super accommodating and helpful, everyone was so friendly. Always had snacks, drinks, coffee, water out. Hotel was so clean. I’m at another hotel now in village paying same price and it doesn’t compare.

This is one of my lost favorite hotels in the USA I have stayed at. Privately owned and operated, the attention to detail of the design and luxury amenities is 10/10. From the glass bottle of Aqua Panna with ice waiting for me in my room, to the in-room espresso machine, dreamy bedding, and gorgeous lighting fixture on dimmers, my stay was relaxing and I felt fully rejuvenated. The Lebanese restaurant Figs is also A+ I can’t wait to return!

There isn’t enough room to state how perfect every single detail was during our stay at Hotel Jackson! Our rooms were always spotless every time we entered. Turn~Down service was perfect! The extra touches like biscotti, hot tea, coconut macaroons, luxurious shower products, and candies certainly made us feel pampered! Each and every staff member was so helpful and friendly. From the doormen, the Waitstaff and bartenders, the concierge service arranging tours last minute and housekeeping always doing the little things. We felt as if we were coming home to friends every time we walked through the door. Thank you guys for making this a memorable experience. We will be back!

This is problem the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. My wife was really impressed and at our age that says allot. The staff is incredibly helpful, it is centrally located a great place to stay. We were there 4 nights, enjoyed every minute. The restaurant Figs was a disappointment but there lots of great places to eat nearby.

Sutton, our Valet attendant was very friendly and helped with dinner suggestions. Great location, beautiful, clean hotel. Modern, yet Wyoming chic. Loved the turn down chocolates every night. Loved all the attention to detail! Great vacation!

Hotel Jackson is located right in the center of the little town of Jackson but just off the main road. It’s quiet, comfortable, the rooms are decently sized and everything is very clean. The soundproofing with the corridor isn’t perfect but our room was on the third floor and we were not bothered by any noise at night or very early in the morning. The restaurant at the hotel Figs is decent but the breakfast are a little lackluster. However there are several options nearby for breakfast. The staff was polite and very helpful and the housekeeping service always did a excellent job. There’s honestly little to fault with this hotel, the only real issue is that it’s in my opinion overly pricey. Jackson is by definition a tourist town and things get expensive but the rate with taxes at over 750 USD a night is excessive for what it’s offering.

The Hotel Jackson is a stunningly beautiful hotel. The attention to detail and comfort is wonderful. Furnishings, artwork and decor are superb. And even better than stated above - the staff are professional, attentive, accommodating and treat you like royalty.

There’s honestly little to fault with this hotel, the only real issue is that it’s in my opinion overly pricey. Jackson is by definition a tourist town and things get expensive but the rate with taxes at over 750 USD a night is excessive for what it’s offering.

Excellent hotel experience. Everyone made this stay wonderful. Griffin and Christine were professional and very helpful with making our vacation great. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. The rooms were kept up twice a day by the staff. The bar and library were relaxing. Breakfast was very good at Figs. The rooftop hot tub was great especially with the cooler evenings. The bellmen were always friendly and extremely helpful with everything. I have no complaints whatsoever. It was quite a spectacular group of people making a wonderful guest experience. Thank you!

There isn’t enough room to state how perfect every single detail was during our stay at Hotel Jackson! Our rooms were always spotless every time we entered. Turn~Down service was perfect! The extra touches like biscotti, hot tea, coconut macaroons, luxurious shower products, and candies certainly made us feel pampered! Each and every staff member was so helpful and friendly. From the doormen, the Waitstaff and bartenders, the concierge service arranging tours last minute and housekeeping always doing the little things. We felt as if we were coming home to friends every time we walked through the door. Thank you guys for making this a memorable experience. We will be back!

We were greeted right away outside the hotel after completing the pre check in. All the staff were excellent. It felt like a family run hotel. Issa at the bar had an amazing personality and we missed him on our last night there. The hotel is conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. In addition the restaurant in the hotel had delicious cuisine

This is problem the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. My wife was really impressed and at our age that says allot. The staff is incredibly helpful, it is centrally located a great place to stay. We were there 4 nights, enjoyed every minute. The restaurant Figs was a disappointment but there lots of great places to eat nearby.

Staff were super accommodating and helpful, everyone was so friendly. Always had snacks, drinks, coffee, water out. Hotel was so clean. I’m at another hotel now in village paying same price and it doesn’t compare.

Hotel Jackson is located right in the center of the little town of Jackson but just off the main road. It’s quiet, comfortable, the rooms are decently sized and everything is very clean. The soundproofing with the corridor isn’t perfect but our room was on the third floor and we were not bothered by any noise at night or very early in the morning. The restaurant at the hotel Figs is decent but the breakfast are a little lackluster. However there are several options nearby for breakfast. The staff was polite and very helpful and the housekeeping service always did a excellent job. The Hotel Jackson met and exceeded our ecxpectations. Located just blocks from the main square, restaurants and shopping. Very clean and comfortable rooms and the friendliest staff. Book a stay, you won’t be disappointed.

The property wa spectacular however i room was not in the most silent pf locations. The food at the hotel was pk but very limited due to the fact that it is lebanese faire. I would have prefered more of a variety.

This is one of my lost favorite hotels in the USA I have stayed at. Privately owned and operated, the attention to detail of the design and luxury amenities is 10/10. From the glass bottle of Aqua Panna with ice waiting for me in my room, to the in-room espresso machine, dreamy bedding, and gorgeous lighting fixture on dimmers, my stay was relaxing and I felt fully rejuvenated. The Lebanese restaurant Figs is also A+ I can’t wait to return!

Exceptional: - check-in process was fast, easy, and included an efficient tour to acclimate - valet team… such helpful guys with getting access to truck to leave for daily adventures, helping us pack up luggage and just generally setting such a nice tone every time we came in and out of the hotel - we ate breakfast twice. Great, simple hotel breakfast Eh: - tv needed manually reset every time we were in shared common room - elevator was broken the entire time we were there (but didn’t hurt us to walk off some food and cocktails) - there is tea service 24 hours a day, and espresso in your room, but would be nice just to have a carafe of coffee by the tea station

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. It was our 4th stay at this hotel. Several problems arose. Our first room was very noisy. After two days we were given a better room. We couldn’t sleep. Housekeeping had to be reminded several times to supply laundry bags and toilet paper. FIGS, the hotel restaurant was very good.

The stay was great and the staff was fantastic. My only issue was they hit me with an exorbitant valet fee of $75.00. Much more than the advertised rate.

Great hotel for being in the Center of town and walk to restaurants shops and activities. Hotel was quiet even with a hub of activity going on so great place to unwind after a long day. A very nice library for guests to relax beautifully furnished with fireplace. Room we stayed in was efficient and appointed with comfort items including insulated backpack that was custom packed for our day trips. Currently an expansion is underway so construction activity begins around 7am. They are adding a rooftop restaurant which will be a great feature when completed. The current restaurant Figs in the lobby is small as is the bar (four barstools). We ate at the restaurant the first night. The food was good but the service was slow because at this time they are not yet staffed for upcoming season. Our meals came out at different times. Staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again!
