Amazing in all aspects!

Perché non tornerei qui : 1. Self Check in : abbastanza fastidioso, richiede buoni 10 minuti a persona , scannerizzare avanti e dietro il proprio documento, completare campi identificativi, scattare foto e finalmente avrete fatto il check in per il primo ospite ! Sperate nel frattempo di non dover andare in bagno … No ascensore e va bene ma tre scale con scalini alti 40 cm !! Portare le borse o valigie ? Dovete essere in forma …. Pass per scaricare i bagagli in quanto zona vietata .. l addetto alla reception vi chiede se avete tanti bagagli … invece di darvi “ semplicemente “ il pass E vi consiglia il parcheggio più vicino ( circa un chilometro a piedi dall albergo ) .. Porta della stanza (8): questa non è una porta regolare e’ una quinta con una serratura , sicurezza uhm….,, Da quanto abbiamo intuito ( dal pesante odore di fitto e cipolle ) alcuni appartamenti hanno la cucina all interno … Insomma per noi esperienza da non ripetere …

Truly one of the best hotels we stayed in in a three week trip through Tuscany. The room was bright and airy with a super comfortable bed, lovely view, and excellent bathroom. The location couldn’t be better!

Firstly it's in a great location right inside the beautiful town of Luca. Please note there may not be anyone around when you check in. Their website says there is someone there between the hours of 3pm to 6.30pm but we didn't see anyone and believe it is false advertising for the owner to put that down in his website.. Therefore please have your passport to scan and follow the instructions. I would much rather see humans but automated entry seems to be the way it's going. Everything is fine unless you have issues which we did. The main issue was the lack of hot water which made showering impossible unless you like intermittent cold with a little hot every now and again. I sent email requests before arriving which weren't answered and then asked for the hot water issue to be fixed but no reply. After 4 hours without reply I decided to call via WhatsApp and thankfully the owner answered and came to the apartment. He tried to say that the water issue wasn't a problem but I got him to look in the boiler room and he eventually agreed that it was at the wrong setting and fixed it. We also asked for coffee and tea which wasn't provided even though we they provided lots of sugar. But the next day we still didn't get coffee. It's only a small thing but it felt like we were an inconvenience to the manager for asking. I don't usually complain but felt necessary to leave a poor review. So if you have to contact the manager contact him via WhatsApp..hotels.com messaging doesn't work
