Shower curtain and toilet were dirty (mildew and mould) shower head was broken, they need to update bathrooms. $10.00 parking fee. Staff was friendly.

Front Staff was very kind and helpful. I only wish the indoor pool was heated. Other than that the stay was great.

Hotel was being remodeled. All amenities were closed- pool, fitness center, and even water bottle filler. The remodel was supposed to start later in the year and I was not noticed even when I booked months in advance. This cause extra noise early in the morning and you could hear power tools starting early on Sunday morning even though checkout was noon. Booked hotel for pool and it wasnt available so disappointed. Mattress was also very very hard.

Was there for military graduation, no to go breakfast options. Mold in bathroom on wall and on the mirror when we checked in, made report, didn’t do anything about it. Second made another report she said it had been taken care of. No it wasn’t. Also the shower curtain was cut tooo short so every time someone showered the bathroom would flood. Said they would change it again first day, still when we left 3rd day not fixed. The smell of the room was terrible. The hallways and the main area smelled great. The pool was cloudy and we didn’t even get in.

The room was a bit smaller than what we expected but ended up being just right for our family outing. The indoor pool was really cold for us but my kids (8) (6) didn’t mind it at all. We didn’t communicate much with the staff but they were friendly the times we did. My only complaint is paying for parking but I know that’s to be expected everywhere we go now. Overall a good stay for my family of 5

I stayed at this property and my bed sheet that was on the bed had pink stains and blood stains on the comforter. Pool is super cold and not heated, but staff is super friendly. If there are blood stains just throw away blankets and get new ones. It’s gross and I couldn’t wait to go home.

Got 2 king suites, one room had a fridge that did not work. When I went to the front desk to ask, I was informed they new that it did not work and did nothing to help. Hotel was under construction but did not make customers aware when purchasing. Would not recommend

They charge $30 for parking and insurance, the ice machines didn't work, the pool was really disgusting, not to mention the cockroaches in the room, the only decent thing was the breakfast

Daily parking is not free. Why?

Everthing was clean and staff was Awsome only thing I thought was weird was that you have to pay for parking 10$ it’s not much but I’ve never stayed somewhere where you have to pay for parking and it’s not valet

We checked into our 1st room. The entier room was DIRTY. For the counter tops to the carpet. We found hair all over the carpet as well as hair ties. The phone didnt even have a telephone line. It like it was there for decoration. When it was time to shower the shower didnt even work. Super disgusting room

This place is definitely not a Marriott standard hotel. The blankets were all stained asked for new ones those were stained also along with the towels. Talk to room service they said all blankets are like that. Bathroom floor tiles were broken. There was a lot of smoking going on in the hotel also. Very unpleasant stay!! If there wasn’t a big function going on in San Antonio I would have switched hotels but every hotel was full.

This property was nice and very clean. I was in town visiting for my sons AFB graduation. The commute from the airport was about 20 minutes and thw commute from the hotel to the AFB was about 15 minutes which was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Charged $10 a day for parking. Stayed Monday through Wednesday and came back after a day at Sea World by 5:30pm and room was still not cleaned. One staff member said they were short staffed, another claimed they don't clean rooms on Tuesdays. Down comforter had blood stains and nasty yellow spots (bodily fluid), pillow case had mascara smudges, and sheets were worn down, almost torn. Lobby was nice and breakfast was great, but room was disappointing. Greatest takeaway: spend a little extra for cleanliness. Won't stay here again.

The bed had hair on top and under the cover.

Dirty, hair balls everywhere. Broken tile floor in front of tub that was siliconed on some of the cracks but mortar was missing on half of the tiles causing large amount of space between floor and tile. Gaps pinched my daughter’s feet. Tv was hanging off the stand broken so you have to watch with head tilted 45 degrees. Pool had layer of foam like gallons of chemicals were added to try to fix how cloudy it was. They use extension cords for the waffle machines, that kept getting unplugged causing delay for everyone trying to make their breakfast. Hotel wasn’t even full or busy, i don't understand why they book their worst rooms. Which makes me wonder if this was the best conditioned room in their hotel.

To start, the room was fairly quiet, the water pressure was very good, and the location is great for going to Seaworld. And the A/C worked pretty well too. The breakfast options are decent, but nothing exceptional. If you like eggs and sausage, oatmeal with lots of topping options or standing in line for waffles, you'll be satisfied. The coffee was okay. The beds are creaky and not that comfortable. I'm not crazy about the sliding doors with the frosted windows. They let out too much light and there's no sound absorption. My biggest issue is that, except for the little yellow sheet of paper for your car dashboard, there was nowhere that said they charge $10 a day for parking. I only found out when I got my bill at the end of the stay. They were nice enough to take it off the bill when I complained, but just be warned, they do charge.

Clean room, spacious, looked the layout of the bathrooms. Bathroom mirror light didn't work and mini fridge didn't get cold.

This hotel is very convenient in that it is close to Sea World, shopping (including Walmart and Target), and plenty of dining options. Though the staff was great, the room was lackluster. The separate toilet and shower area was a bit odd, the doors didn't lock, but the water pressure in the shower was great. The room felt muggy and the air conditioner did not cool as it should. The beds were a bit lop-sided. The TV was very dark/dim and we couldn't access the menu to fix it. It's an alright place to stay if you'd like to stay close to Sea World.

My room was awful. The bathroom door kept getting stuck, the shower door wouldn’t shut.

I've never stayed at a Springfield Suites, so I wanted to like it. However, just the general overall layout of the room was awkward. I didn't like that the toilet and shower were in two separate rooms with a random closet between the two. The lobby loked and smelled clean, but the room itself was just just ok in terms of cleanliness. The real problem was the noise level. There were people right next door to us that had loud children who were up until midnight and then at 5am it sounded as if there were people working on the roof of the hotel possibly (we were on the 4th floor), but it woke us up. The noise persisted until we checked out at noon so I don't think it was a guest making the noise. So needless to say, we didn't get much sleep. I don't think I'd stay at this hotel again.

The bathroom set up was unique. The toilet was seperared from the shower.

We booked at this hotel because of the fairly good reviews, but I was extremely disappointed in our room. Maybe we just had bad luck on the particular room, but the sliding door that was on the toilet room (it's a small separate room from the other bathroom with a shower/sink) was almost impossible to slide open on the tracks - it was grinding and very stiff. There was no soap at the pedestal sink (although we found a 2nd bar in the other bathroom). The shower was disgusting. The flooring of the shower appeared so dirty and gray, although I am sure it was just stained. In the corners of the shower there was just the appearance of grime. They have bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body gel mounted on the wall and the shampoo was lying in the middle of the shower floor. We stuck it back on the wall, only to find it completely empty. Had to get out all wet to get a travel bottle out of my bag. And, of course, just as we had fallen asleep, the shampoo bottle fell off the wall again and scared the heck out of us. There was a large gash in the leather/vinyl covering of the headboard, so it just all made the room feel pretty janky. I will say this, though - all the staff we met were very friendly. And when i reported the maintenance issues to the gentleman at checkout, he was very kind and apologetic, offered my kids drinks from the snack area, and added some mileage to our Bonvoy account. I appreciated all that, but i would not stay here again.

-Blinds in window facing outside would not close, had to place brochures in window to block 2foot gap across window. -Bathroom lights at sink/mirror would not work. -Reading lights on headboard was out. -Shower seat had screws coming out of wall, and was not safely secured. -Eye contacts x2 were found in bedding on king bed -Pillows missing from room (guest services had to obtain pillows from another room)

What I like the most at this hotel was the staff. They went above and beyond with the service. They did not make me feel like a number but more so like a family member. I left my watch and when I called the front desk without hesitation, they expeditiously had my watch delivered to my location.

Staff were excellent and friendly (Samantha). Rooms were clean. Housekeeping was accommodating. Will definitely return there or another Marriott property in the very near future!

Nicole was exceptional, very professional and pleasant to talk to about my stay. Marcus and Linda were also helpful and we appreciate your staff for their superb customer service.

Waited 20min to check in because no one was at the front desk. No soap or shampoo in the dispenser in the room. No worries we brought our own, but still not a good look.

Well i will start with my me arriving was good Cheyenne was extremely helpful but we was there 3 nights first 2 never got a room cleaned or new towels i had to go down at 10pm to get my own stuff breakfast was poor every time i went it was out and had to wait for about 5 to 10 minutes for food on last nightw We found little bugs coming from sink in the shower bath room the good stuff was great coffee and again Cheyenne was very nice kind helpful in every way possibly trying to get my issues addressed but no manager ever called or came to see about my problems i will never stay there again i will be leaving a review on your site as well as hotels.com where i booked it at

Excellent front desk. Very helpful and friendly

We were only guests for one night but Samantha made our stay memorable. Prior to check in I had called and spoken to her, twice. Both times she was friendly and helpful. When we arrived, I apologized for being so “extra” and she just smiled and said it was no problem. When we went to our room our lock on the door was having issues and wouldn’t lock. Samantha sent maintenance up right away and he fixed it.

The location was perfect if you are visiting a loved on at Lackland Air Force Base!

Room was spacious, and staff were friendly & accommodating. Close to Lackland AFB if you’re looking to stay nearby for a BMT graduation.

This location is so convenient and everything is pretty blemish in walking distance.

Easy to get to from I-410 and to get to Sea Worlld

Less than 10 minutes to Sea World and 15 minutes to River Walk. Clean and safe.

Comfortable stay. Breakfast was okay. Wish it had better seating for larger families with kids. Loved that it had an indoor pool, my kids used for 2 hours. Looked clean enough. The bleach smell was pretty strong though. I wish I didn’t have to pay for parking. I absolutely hate having to do that when I’m already paying to stay there. It’s not like parking looked limited. I would still stay here again.

The property was close to Lackland AFB where we attended our Godson’s BMT graduation. The bed was just the right firmness for my husband who is disabled and me with a back injury. We had no problems getting out of the bed because there was enough support for us to push off. The bathroom was very accessible for us as well. The staff were professional and friendly. If you are going to a BMT graduation, don’t choose this place for free breakfast because you will be leaving before the breakfast opens and returning after it closes. It was one of the deciding factors for us (before I knew about the bed) and we were not able to enjoy the breakfast. I would suggest to management to have “to go” breakfast BMT boxes. Maybe a muffin, boiled eggs, fruit, and/or dry cereal and a beverage.
