Very professional, educated and kind staff. The property was clean, good condition as well as the gym which was a plus for me. The only thing I would say is the bed was a smelly and extremely soft. We took care of the room since we have the dogs with us and leave everything clean because they were very nice to us. I will rebook the hotel for sure and recommend it.

The hotel is one step above a motel. The room smelled of stale smoke despite all rooms being "non-smoking." The staff was courteous and friendly. There are no ice machines. The room had physical damage. The room did have a full sized refrigerator and mini-kitchen which was nice. The TV was very small, <30".

Checked in fairly late from traveling all day. The room had used wash clothes in the bathroom, used bars of soap laying around. The bedsheets were obviously not washed, had hair all over the sheets and pillows. Had to sleep on top of the comforter. Phoned the front desk notifying them of the issue, was just going to deal with it for the night since it was so late and we were exhausted. Receptionist just said "ok" and hung up. Never followed up about this issue at all.

Nice stay. Hotel room was clean and bed was comfortable. On the morning of check out I saw what looked like blood stains on the mattress cover due to the fitted sheet coming off. That grossed me out. Bathroom appeared clean. Tub had stains and there was mold around tub. Front desk was very nice.

Tub was dirty. Had dirt and bugs in it. There was a $100 incidental fee hold placed on my card. Which wasn’t mentioned before and thought this was a little steep. I’ve heard of $25-$50 but never have I paid $100 for an incidental fee

The location is close to highway but very quite. I like their full-size refrig and their bed is hard enough for my back, unlike some hotels have soft beds that hurt my back. The staff is also very nice. The things to improve is some small maintenance issues, like stuck window curtain, or the shower curtain is a little too short, etc.

Very spacious, comfortable clean room. Bed was very comfortable. We were there for 4 nights. Nice having a little efficiency kitchen (1 burner stove, microwave, full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher) so we planned meals around that. However, the microwave didn’t work, and we didn’t find that out until we tried to fix breakfast the first morning (Friday morning). They didn't replace it until Saturday night. So that meant more meals out than originally planned. Most staff were friendly and helpful. Supplied us with fresh towels as needed. However, the hotel makes a copy of both your driver's license AND your credit card. I have never had a hotel do that, and I am NOT happy about that. No way to know if they actually shredded the papers or not.

The room was nice so was the hotel. I only wish I could of watched tv but the tv had a poor connection that every time I was trying to watch a movie or said there as a connection issue so I was sort of left with nothing to do in my room.

Check in lady had an attitude! I was charged twice for my room, now have to wait days for the charges to drop from my account. No towels at all to give us. When I went to checkout no one at the front desk. I waited 10min and rang the bell 3x and still no one ever came. I ended up writing my info on the key card and left it on the desk. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This was my second time staying here. This time I had issues checking in, Saturday upon returning to the hotel from a day at the baseball park our room was not cleaned. We didnt have fresh towels or toilet paper. Went to the front desk to ask for some and they said they didnt have any clean towels. So we didnt have clean towels to dry off with.

We got to our room around 9 pm and turned to air down. Around 10 pm we realized the air was not going down. Called the front desk and was told they could not do anything about it. The next morning I talked to the front desk that said they would get back to me. A week later I called back and was told the general manager Charlotte was going to do nothing about it because the person that checked in after me didn’t have the same problem.

Staff was excellent. On check in, expressed my concern for cleanliness and odors due to my husband COPD to Cindy. She let us check the room before check-in. My husband loved the room. The hotel was full for the two nights we stayed, but it was so quiet you would never. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is very quite and clean. The room is good size, with kitchen, microwave, stove and, pleasantly surprised, a full-size refrig. I really love it because I like to have fresh fruits and other grocery. The hotel has several restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. I would like to stay here nexy time when I come to Baton Rouge area.

Hotel room was very worn and in desperate need of updating. Room was extremely stinky and felt very dirty! Room came with 2 towels for 4 guest and was told by front desk they could not give us any more towels till the next day (We were staying one night and all needed to shower) there were also no pool towels. Coffee was literally a machine that served Luke warm instant coffee. Breakfast was juice and muffins. This hotel was beyond disappointing.

I have been staying here frequently due to work. My only complaint is I wish they had a good breakfast. You can buy frozen items, but they only have complimentary muffins.

The fridge was dirty like something pulled all on the bottom shelf and settled at the bottom. The bathtub was dirty, there was dirty at the bottom and on the sides of the inside of the tub. Other than that it was a nice room, the bed was soft, the staff was amazing.
