Baymont by Wyndham Mineral Wells

Don’t rent a room from this hotel. Period. breakfast was horrible. The room did not have all the furniture that was supposed to have in it. We had to put our suitcases on the floor. The only place to sit with the toilet and the bed. Bottom line don’t rent a hotel room from these people.

Filthy in every aspect. Furniture in the room (no sofa) looked like it had been through a flood. Including the lampshades. Shower hardware not attached to the wall. Hallways dirty and walls damaged. Same for lobby. Main counter was in disrepair with an open gap in the middle of the counter. No furniture in the common area. Manager couldn't care less.

The first room was clean and complete, however, we’re we’re up all night due to so much jumping around and noise above us, we were exhausted. At our request, they moved us up a floor and to the other end of the hotel, HOWEVER, this room had NO…. Lamps, closet rod, Television, baseboard, fridge, shower matt or sofa, I surely felt like I should have gotten some sort of refund or credit, they fixed nothing. We left that night (one day early) without any sort of “fix”. This was unprofessional and I will not stay there again or recommend it. The online photos are also not accurate as to what the rooms look like. Do better!

I am requesting a full refund for my stay at Baymont by Wyndham in Mineral Wells. After checking into Room 219, we found the room to be in unacceptable condition. The curtains were torn, there was little to no furniture or seating, and the room appeared poorly maintained and severely mismanaged. The condition was so bad that we immediately returned to the front desk, checked out, and did not stay. I am requesting a full refund.

The facility is in reconstruction and barely inhabitable. I want my money back.
