The location just couldn’t be any better! Walking distance to everything important! The amenities were appreciated, especially the washer/dryer and the fenced backyard complete with firewood! Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed, too!

Great place to stay. We had everything we needed and it’s a short walk to beach, shopping and restaurants We also enjoyed the fenced backyard for barbecues and the fire pit Enrique’s Taqueria is a 2 minute walk and has great food! Will stay here again.

This was a great little cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The main reason we picked this location was the fenced back yard. Our golden retriever Loki felt right at home. It was nice to not have to put a leash on him in the middle of the night if he needed to go out. The shower is big and the bathroom a nice size. The kitchen had everything you would need. The living room was on the small size (but we were there for the beach and it was a very short walk to it) but had plenty of seating with a great ceiling fan. Check in was easy and the owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again should we need a place in Lincoln City.

This is the second time we stayed in this amazing home because we like it so much. It’s in a great location, just a couple blocks from the beach and town. The fenced in back yard has a nice fire pit and lights hanging in the trees. It’s truly magical and the dogs love it. The beds are really comfy. I always sleep so good when we stay there. I have to say though that I was disappointed in the amount of things that had been broken and the owner has repaired since we stayed there 6 months ago. I feel blessed that Rob opens his home to us and treat it like our own. I just wish everyone did. 😞 I highly recommend this home and the owner Rob is great to work with. BONUS: the bar and grill a couple of blocks from the house has great food. Everything we ordered was so good!

This is an unbelievable location 2 blocks from the beach and half a block to the hwy 101 strip where plenty of restaurants and shops. Also the fire pit for night fire and smores was amazing. Definitely would stay here again!

Great location. Two minute walk to downtown, shops, dining, antiques. Four minute walk to beautiful beach. House was well equipped while appliances were older, all worked well. Nice fenced back yard with fire pit and chairs. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Host was very responsive and accommodating when we needed to change our travel dates. The home felt welcoming and was very well stocked with a variety of thoughtful amenities. Very dog friendly with a quaint backyard, which was great for us. Very short walk down to the beach. We had a great stay!

Location was fantastic, walkable to place to eat and easy way to beach. The space was also easy to set up for a toddler on the loose - we just moved a few of the cute light out figurines out of reach and used a baby fence to both block access to kitchen and access to dvds and magazines that a toddler would LOVE to pull off the shelf. Large room with enough space for our pack n play. Yard was great for our pooch and house was equipped with everything and more that we could need - even a pizza slicer!

Stayed at the coasty cabin 4 days. very comfortable and clean. Has a fenced backyard that would be great for dogs. short walk to the beach and a shorter walk to the main drag. Lots of shops and food. Would stay again. Thanks !

The house is so cute and I loved the back yard. It’s really close to the beach and to shops and such. I was disappointed in a few things. When I got there I read through the check in book. It stated that towels had to be out in the wash, dishwasher run and it was suggested to strip the beds. It also said there would be an additional charge if there was very much dog hair. Well everyone’s idea of too much hair is different. My dogs do shed so I was panicked about getting an additional fee so I pulled out the vaccuum that was in one of the bedrooms. It didn’t work. I also noticed mold in the tracks of the windows in the kitchen and they looked like they hadn’t been clean in years. Hopefully the window tracks will get cleaned because the kitchen was 1 of a few that were like that. The stove had a burner that did not fit so you couldn’t use the burner and it too was dirty. On the day of our departure I did strip the beds. The back bedroom had dog hair all over the mattress cover. It was disgusting to think that I slept on that. It was very noticeable so I’m not sure why it wasn’t washed. I’m not sure what cleaning fees are for when I did some of the cleaning and some of the house was rather dirty. If these things get taken care of… it’s a nice house.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The house was comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy, which made for a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, just two blocks from the beach, This made it easy to enjoy the area without needing to drive.That said, the house could use a deep cleaning and a few minor repairs. The drapes in the main bedroom were difficult to open, and the fan in that room wasn’t working. These weren’t deal-breakers, but a bit of upkeep would really enhance the experience.With a little attention to maintenance, this place could be a real gem. We'd consider staying again for the great location and comfort.

The Coasty Cabin was the perfect size for us and our collies, and in a perfect location in town. The home was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for breakfast and dinner at home every day. The secure, fenced yard was especially important to us since we had both dogs with us. It rained while we were there and the dogs got a little muddy so having the hose outside to rinse them off was really handy. The location worked really well for us; just 5 minutes to the grocery store or hardware store, and nearly across the street from the pet supply store. It was a short walk to the beach - which the dogs really enjoyed! We were in town for two weeks to be the errand-runners, shoppers, and to work on household projects for our daughter and son-in-law who just had a baby. It was super convenient to be just 10 mins. to their house on the lake. Rob was a good host and was very responsive when we had a need to reach out. We would stay here again.

We really liked this place. It was very close to restaurants, super short walk to the beach. It's a great place for kids!The house is on a dead end road, so hardly no traffic. My son was able to ride his skateboard in the road without worry. We will definitely stay again.

Beds and sheets were very comfortable. Loved the comforters. Loved the fireplace under the tv. Good way to get warm in the mornings with cup of joe. Was a close walk to beach. Only thing I would say is grass/weeds could stand to be mowed, were little tall for my 11 lb chiweenie. Little hard to clean up after her, couldn't always find it. Rob was very quick to respond.

We only stayed one night but found the house very accommodating and a great location. Rob worked with us and was able to get us in early, which was extremely helpful.
We only stayed one night but found the house very accommodating and a great location. Rob worked with us and was able to get us in early, which was extremely helpful.

Great location. Two minute walk to downtown, shops, dining, antiques. Four minute walk to beautiful beach. House was well equipped while appliances were older, all worked well. Nice fenced back yard with fire pit and chairs. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

This property is only a couple of blocks to the beach. Easy beach access. There is also a fenced back yard for dogs. I brought 2 little dogs. I didn't leave them outside while away but also brought a kennel for them to stay in when I went away for a few hours and to sleep in. Very comfortable house and VERY responsive host!!

Host was very responsive and accommodating when we needed to change our travel dates. The home felt welcoming and was very well stocked with a variety of thoughtful amenities. Very dog friendly with a quaint backyard, which was great for us. Very short walk down to the beach. We had a great stay!

Very cute house, walking distance from the beach. Owner was easy to get ahold of and was very pleasant. An actual a secure fenced backyard. This house is something we could live in. Next visit we'll stay here. Thank you Rob for being so kind in our communications.

We really liked this place. It was very close to restaurants, super short walk to the beach. It's a great place for kids!The house is on a dead end road, so hardly no traffic. My son was able to ride his skateboard in the road without worry. We will definitely stay again.

This is an unbelievable location 2 blocks from the beach and half a block to the hwy 101 strip where plenty of restaurants and shops. Also the fire pit for night fire and smores was amazing. Definitely would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was perfectly situated from the beach and the many shops/restaurants in Lincoln City. We very much appreciated the fenced in yard and access to a hose to rinse the dog off after beach trips. The house itself had everything we needed and accommodated our family of three (<1 year old) and dog. We had plenty of room for another couple, as well, so something we can consider next time we visit! Thanks for sharing your home and all that the Oregon Coast has to offer!

We loved walking to the beach and nearby tidepools, and it was so nice to have a safe and comfortable space for our dog to be while we explored downtown.

Even though the property was listed as pet friendly the grass was at least 6” high and 8” in places in the backyard. It makes it hard to clean up after pets but we kept the yard clean. Dead flies were in every windowsill and found on the carpets. The house seemed to have a lot of flies inside the home which was irritating. The living room carpet was very dirty and treated with a strong offensive scent that was too strong for those people and me personally that are scent sensitive. We aired the house out daily trying to minimize the heavy scent. The house was in a great location and decorated very nice. However the living room furniture is old and broken down making it uncomfortable without any back support. I would recommend this property if it was cleaned better without heavily perfumed carpet cleaner and thoroughly cleaned prior to occupancy.
