A perks:CleanQuietSize for family of four Ease of communication with Kristen Overall cost Laundry room B perks:Privacy 3 Sharc passesCondition of cooking supplies (pans) C perks:Bikes are very outdated and wonky to use. If a person had interest in using bike path more than a few miles for stay, I would suggest renting ones instead Quality of mattresses and tvOverall I would stay again given the price point in comparison to other condos of similar size. Looked cleaner than photos showed too!

Close to everything. A short bike ride to the Deschutes River. Upstairs queen size bed is located in a loft and downstairs double bed is a bedroom. Bikes worked, they are older but worked for us! Had sufficient utensils and cooking supplies. Dont show up before check in or call her to ask. We had been traveling for hours, half asleep and showed up before calling to see if we could check in early. Threw off the housecleaner but everything worked out.
