très bon accueil, chambre sympa et bien agencée, lit confortable, sdb nickel, SPA l'après-midi super agréable, tout ok et pour clore le soir repas avec sourire conseils... très bons

Fantastiskt familjedrivet hotell. Allt var rent och väl underhållet. Fin frukost och bra standard på restaurangen. Mycket trevlig personal som gav vår vistelse en extra dimension. Rummet var rymligt och kändes nyrenoverat. Fantastiskt badrum. Mycket mysigt med vattnet forsande nästan utanför fönstret. Parkering för bilen på gårdsplanen underlättade vid pendling in till Verbier och Le Châble. Detta var så bra, så vi kommer definitivt att komma tillbaka hit!

Terrible experience. The most unhelpful and most unaccommodating management. Rude. The most basic place for the price of being in the centre of a ski resort like Verbier. No facilities in the rooms. Breakfast was basic. No hot food available. Middle of nowhere. Misrepresented photos of the place. Not a hotel but hostel. Watch the cancellation policy of 30 days! Stay away.

Hotel was a little further from the lifts than we had anticipated… but we had a car so it wasn’t too bad (10 min drive)… but no really good bus service back and forth from the hotel to the lifts… so if you didn’t have a car, you’d have a bit of a predicament on your hands. But the hotel was wonderful and the staff was very nice..
