The hotel was one of the nicest I've stayed at in quite some time and the staff was exceptional. The room was beautiful and clean and staff went out of their way time and time again during my stay to make sure things were ideal for me. When I arrived, they offered a glass of Prosecco before leading me up to my room. The vaulted ceilings made the already large rooms feel even bigger. Details such as welcome notes, bottled water (sparkling and still) and complimentary breakfast made the hotel feel above and beyond. The only piece of information that I'd say would have been helpful is that the television in the room was challenging to connect to the network or streaming services and ultimately decided not to use it. My trip was short and this was unnecessary but was the only comment I'd be able to leave regarding improvements to the hotel.
