Quality Inn & Suites Temiscouata-sur-le-Lac

Le personnel fut exceptionnel. Nous avons dû communiquer avec différents garages suite à un problème avec notre véhicule, ils ont tous aidé à nous trouver une solution.

A new-to-me place in this area when driving through. Easy off/on the main highway, quiet room and looks to be a future stop for me. Never got a chance to try the restaurant....next time.

It was very nice. The only thing that was annoying was our air conditioners made a fair bit of noise sound like something was stuck inside of it maybe should be looked at other than that it was a very clean and comfortable room.

Awesome, really enjoyed the stay, breakfast was great.

While the hotel was aesthetically pleasing, there were several issues that made our stay disappointing. We had a suite with a separate bedroom and sofa bed in the living room, but the air conditioning did not circulate into the bedroom, making it hot and uncomfortable. Check-in was frustrating. My husband had to return to the main lobby three times because our key would not work. After travelling a long distance with a toddler and arriving late at night, this was especially inconvenient. The room also appeared unfinished, with the brackets for the bedroom TV sitting on the couch. When booking, we were under the impression we were staying at a Quality Inn, but the hotel had a different name, which was confusing - plus limited lighting/signage to guide you into the parking lot. Breakfast was limited to three options: three crepes, oatmeal, or one egg with hash browns and a choice of meat. The portions felt quite small. We were told a reservation was required but were not told where or how to make one. Lastly, there were very few English-speaking employees, which made communication difficult given the hotel’s location near the New Brunswick border. Overall, while the hotel looked nice, the experience did not meet our expectations.
