This was the greatest trip and the ideal place to stay. We brought binoculars so this enhanced our already spectacular view. It has everything you would need kitchen wise and other. Our second night there in the evening, we were getting the morning coffee ready to go and we accidently cracked the pot. We called the on site staff Louie and Shane and they had us a new coffee maker in 45 minutes. This was at 7:30 at night and in time for our morning coffee. Very impressed by this. I loved the choices of pools lagoons annd hot tubs, whatever you felt like that day. We never had a problem with getting a seat around the pools. Also easy access to the main highway for all the sightseeing we wanted to do. Plently of restaurants and shops available right in Ko Olina within walking distance of the resort. I would definitely want to make a return visit to here in the future.

We had a wonderful time in Ko Olina. The condo is fantastic. The views are incredible, and it is well laid out. The resort is great, too, with easy beach access and nice pools. Jeff was great to work with and very responsive. Would definitely do it again.

Wonderful penthouse unit with views of the ocean. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking. Beach chairs, towels, and a cooler were available for our use. Our on-site host, Louie, was attentive to our needs. The development itself is beautiful with its own peaceful lagoon. I highly recommend this unit!

The location of the property was great, very close to the sea and lots of walking paths. The best part was the gym and the lap swimming pool for those who enjoy fitness. The property itself was well made with great sea views and kitchen had everything available. The only put down was that the mattresses were old and not good for the back, after a couple of days had to sleep in the sofa as the mattress were giving back and neck pain. Also the room with twin beds was very tight and small for two elderly people to walk in, always the risk of bumping into something. Otherwise everything else was good and would love to come back.if the mattress change 😊

We used the pools and the gym, and snorkeled in the lagoon. Our family of four enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Fantastic! Beautiful condo, well equipped, so convenient… wonderful safe lagoon as well as several spectacular pools and spas. Would go back in a heart beat. Definitely worth your consideration for your event.

We had a wonderful stay in Ko Olina. Our young children loved the shallow sections of the pool (including a section with a sand!). The lagoon was calm, beautiful, and was the least crowded out of all the other lagoons. The adults enjoyed grilling by the pool, and seeing the sunset over the ocean from the lanai. Jeff was very easy to communicate with. The property had plenty of amenities for cooking and for beach fun. Our 4 yr old even correct sized flippers and snorkel gear that let him snorkel for the first time. We can’t wait to return.

Loved it!! Very nice condo; very comfortable. Good view of the water and property. Parking included (1 car) is a nice perk! Like that the property is close to the market area, but far enough away from the small "crowds" from Aulani, the Four Seasons and other rentals. Also, Kapolei is not very far away for shopping and eats. Thanks Jeff and Shelby!!

The property was ideal for us. Loved the location, pool area & bar and our favorite were the lagoons at the beach😍. We were able to meet up at the lagoons with all family & friends that were staying in the area. Thank you Jeff

Nestled in a beautiful resort community on Oahu's western shore, this welcoming and impeccably maintained property makes vacation dreams come true. Jeff & Shelby's condo is one of our absolute favorite places to stay when visiting Hawaii. Peaceful and quiet, clean and functional, with wonderful amenities and easy access to the lagoons and neighboring resorts. Our 5-year-old was in heaven all week long, and so were we. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a place to relax and enjoy the Hawaiian sun and sand with friends. Ko O’lina is beautiful, and the Beach Villas are a perfect location for a relatively quiet, calm beach.The villa was as described. It was clean and nicely appointed. Check-in was easy. The layout was wonderful, and the space was quiet. We couldn’t hear noise from either bedroom, let alone noise from our neighbors.

We LOVE this property. This was our third time staying in Ko Olina but first time at the Beach Villas. For us, this is the best place to stay. Excellent amenities for family, the staff is great, the property is super clean, easy access to the highway but you’d never know it from the views. Jeff and Shelby were excellent hosts, the villa was stocked with perfect basics to get you started. Beach trips were made easy with a boogie board, towels, chairs, buckets, etc… all ready to go in a closet. Basic laundry soap available so if you’re not brand picky, you’re covered there, too! The bed was more comfy than my bed at home and now makes me want to get a memory foam mattress! Prior to arrival I reached out a couple times with various questions, parking, sleeping arrangement, we went over Easter so I was curious about an Easter egg hunt for the kiddos, etc… Jeff responded within 24 hours each time with a thorough response, no back and forth required. All in all, we had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back. Cheers!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! It’s located in an excellent area and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.The villa is clean and very well-equipped. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including all necessary dishes, pans, etc.. The appliances are top-quality and in excellent condition. There’s also plenty of gear for swimming and keeping the kids entertained.The bedrooms are spacious and feature comfortable king-sized beds. The open-plan living and kitchen area is perfect for spending time together. We also appreciated how quiet the air conditioning was—there are two units, one for the living room and one for the bedrooms, which makes it easy to keep the whole space comfortable.One of our favorite features was the large balcony. It’s always in the shade, has a great view, and is perfect for relaxing any time of day. The villa also has smart TVs in both the living room and bedrooms, as well as wireless chargers for phones and watches, which was a nice touch.Overall, this is a beautiful villa in great condition. We highly recommend it and would love to come back!

We stayed in Jeff's beautiful property over the Thanksgiving week. Parking is convenient, as it is close to the semi-private elevator. The condo included many amenities a hotel might not offer, such as beach supplies (cooler, chairs, toys, etc), full kitchen, and plenty of room to stretch out. We appreciated the stereo which allowed us to play Hawaiian music during our stay. The view is great from the 11th floor. The only downside, is it is a bit close to the adjacent unit, which makes it a bit less private. Other than that, it was a great stay. Thank you.

This was our second time staying at Ko’olina and we absolutely loved this condo. The view was spectacular and we spent most of our time out on the lanai! We appreciated the short distance to the parking space as one of our guests has mobility issues. The condo is well stocked and felt like home!

If you’re considering Ko Olina, this is the unit to stay at. The views from the room are stunning and the overall space is great for families. We used the laundry and kitchen daily. Major perk to be able to take the chairs to the beach! We started every morning on the balcony (the pocket doors were perfect to open the unit up). The hosts were kind and great communicators.

My husband, granddaughter's and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ko Olina Resort. The Penthouse was spacious, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The ocean view from the belcany was relaxing and beautiful. The environment was safe. The lagoon was never crouded which we really appreciated. We will visit again in the near future.

The layout was wonderful, and the space was quiet. We couldn’t hear noise from either bedroom, let alone noise from our neighbors.
We were looking for a place to relax and enjoy the Hawaiian sun and sand with friends. Ko O’lina is beautiful, and the Beach Villas are a perfect location for a relatively quiet, calm beach.The villa was as described. It was clean and nicely appointed. Check-in was easy. The layout was wonderful, and the space was quiet. We couldn’t hear noise from either bedroom, let alone noise from our neighbors.

This was the greatest trip and the ideal place to stay. We brought binoculars so this enhanced our already spectacular view. It has everything you would need kitchen wise and other. Our second night there in the evening, we were getting the morning coffee ready to go and we accidently cracked the pot. We called the on site staff Louie and Shane and they had us a new coffee maker in 45 minutes. This was at 7:30 at night and in time for our morning coffee. Very impressed by this. I loved the choices of pools lagoons annd hot tubs, whatever you felt like that day. We never had a problem with getting a seat around the pools. Also easy access to the main highway for all the sightseeing we wanted to do. Plently of restaurants and shops available right in Ko Olina within walking distance of the resort. I would definitely want to make a return visit to here in the future.

The condo and property were awesome. The kitchen was well stocked and the beach items to use were great. It had pool noodles, beach bag, cooler, and even snorkel gear. Ko olina was a great location without huge crowds at the beach, ocean, and pool. Jeff was great to work with for scheduling and communicating about the booking. I would stay at this condo again.

Wonderful penthouse unit with views of the ocean. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking. Beach chairs, towels, and a cooler were available for our use. Our on-site host, Louie, was attentive to our needs. The development itself is beautiful with its own peaceful lagoon. I highly recommend this unit!

If you’re considering Ko Olina, this is the unit to stay at. The views from the room are stunning and the overall space is great for families. We used the laundry and kitchen daily. Major perk to be able to take the chairs to the beach! We started every morning on the balcony (the pocket doors were perfect to open the unit up). The hosts were kind and great communicators.

The property was exactly as advertised. We cook often on vacation and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The unit was clean. Communication with the owner was prompt. Check in and out was a breeze. And the view was simply awesome -- including multiple whale sightings from the lanai. We used the pools and the gym, and snorkeled in the lagoon. Our family of four enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Very nice large condo with a great view. Quick response on issues when they arose. Lawrence was particularly helpful. A/C is an issue if cleaners leave the unit open and it is hot outside. Good snorkeling and beach-turtles, Huma-Huma, Moorish idols, etc.

Loved the relaxing vibe of Ko Olina and the condo had everything we needed (including beach towels, chairs, and water accessories) right at our fingertips. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, but both it and other points of interest like Pearl Harbor were an easy 20-30 minute drive.

We had a wonderful time in Ko Olina. The condo is fantastic. The views are incredible, and it is well laid out. The resort is great, too, with easy beach access and nice pools. Jeff was great to work with and very responsive. Would definitely do it again.

Like that the property is close to the market area, but far enough away from the small "crowds" from Aulani, the Four Seasons and other rentals. Also, Kapolei is not very far away for shopping and eats. Thanks Jeff and Shelby!!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! It’s located in an excellent area and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.The villa is clean and very well-equipped. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including all necessary dishes, pans, etc.. The appliances are top-quality and in excellent condition. There’s also plenty of gear for swimming and keeping the kids entertained.The bedrooms are spacious and feature comfortable king-sized beds. The open-plan living and kitchen area is perfect for spending time together. We also appreciated how quiet the air conditioning was—there are two units, one for the living room and one for the bedrooms, which makes it easy to keep the whole space comfortable.One of our favorite features was the large balcony. It’s always in the shade, has a great view, and is perfect for relaxing any time of day. The villa also has smart TVs in both the living room and bedrooms, as well as wireless chargers for phones and watches, which was a nice touch.Overall, this is a beautiful villa in great condition. We highly recommend it and would love to come back!

We stayed in Jeff's beautiful property over the Thanksgiving week. Parking is convenient, as it is close to the semi-private elevator. The condo included many amenities a hotel might not offer, such as beach supplies (cooler, chairs, toys, etc), full kitchen, and plenty of room to stretch out. We appreciated the stereo which allowed us to play Hawaiian music during our stay. The view is great from the 11th floor. The only downside, is it is a bit close to the adjacent unit, which makes it a bit less private. Other than that, it was a great stay. Thank you.

My husband, granddaughter's and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ko Olina Resort. The Penthouse was spacious, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The ocean view from the belcany was relaxing and beautiful. The environment was safe. The lagoon was never crouded which we really appreciated. We will visit again in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay in Ko Olina. Our young children loved the shallow sections of the pool (including a section with a sand!). The lagoon was calm, beautiful, and was the least crowded out of all the other lagoons. The adults enjoyed grilling by the pool, and seeing the sunset over the ocean from the lanai. Jeff was very easy to communicate with. The property had plenty of amenities for cooking and for beach fun. Our 4 yr old even correct sized flippers and snorkel gear that let him snorkel for the first time. We can’t wait to return.

I stayed 7 nights with my wife and 2 adult children. The unit was exactly as described. It was spacious, very clean and the view was spectacular. We spent time on the lanai everyday soaking in the ocean view. The kitchen was so clean we didn't think it had been used before.... we did use it. The appliances worked well and it was well stocked with the essential cooking and dining ware. We used the pools, hot tubs and the fitness room. The amenities of the resort couldn't have been better. The beach was beautiful. Great for relaxing in the sun, swimming and there were even many fish to be seen while snorkeling. I had some concerns about my trip prior to departing and contacted the owner. Jeff responded almost immediately and talked through it. He was very responsive and accommodating. Absolutely loved this property and the entire resort. The reserved parking space, immaculate resort grounds, security, the Condo itself. We stayed for 8 days and the kitchen was amazing, well stocked, unbeatable ocean view and spacious lanai, very comfortable bed - everything was wonderful and we hope to come back one day soon!

Amazing unit and great for my family. Great views, quiet. Everything was clean and laundry/kitchen were great. One of the two dishwashers didn't work, but it was not an inconvenience. Everything you need in a kitchen was available. The host (Jeff) was super helpful right from the beginning. We are already planning for another visit!

Everything you need in a kitchen was available. The host (Jeff) was super helpful right from the beginning. We are already planning for another visit!

Highly recommend. Family of four. Easy beach and pool access, amazing views and the space is as good as the pictures look. Clean and well kept. Would definitely stay there again.
