About check-in You must fill out the online registration form with the guest's details and expected arrival time. You will then receive check-in instructions 48 hours before your arrival. Basic essentials for first use are provided: shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products, garbage bags, and spare bed linen. It is strictly forbidden to host any type of party, play loud music, or engage in activities or noises that may disturb the neighbors — especially outdoors after 10:00 PM. Please respect the community's right to rest and peace. If we receive a report that authorities have been called due to disturbances, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund for violation of house rules. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking inside the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been broken (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed only on outdoor terraces, using the provided ashtrays. Keys: In the event of lost keys or if access assistance is required, guests will be responsible for the replacement cost of the keys, as well as any call-out fees and/or locksmith charges that may apply.
