Der Gasthof liegt wunderschön am Waldrand und man kann sofort entspannen bei einem Spaziergang. Das Einzelzimmer war nur für eine Nacht mit meiner Hündin gebucht und vollkommen ausreichend. Ich konnte zum Abendessen und Frühstück auch meinen Hund mitnehmen. Allerdings wurden wir jedesmal direkt am Eingang zum Restaurant platziert und das war nicht unbedingt schön. Deshalb nur 4 statt der 5 Sterne.

A lovely hotel that feels like a German Country Inn. The staff were so accommodating and lovely. The dining area for breakfast was so charming. It's so close to the train station and the restaurant there serves the best local dishes. Do yourself a favor and book a stay here. We were there for Oktoberfest and this was just a short train ride away from all the festivities. Thank you for a great stay...

Peaceful traditional Gasthaus only 25 minutes by train to Munich. Very easy to get to the train. The setting is beautiful, right in the forest and a few miles to the river Isar. Ideal for a run or bike ride. Friendly service with a personal touch and very tasty breakfast and dinner. The owner rents out his classic cars. I took a 1963 Volvo for a ride around the Starnberger See. Fantastic experience.
