Très belle hôtel, belle chambre, belle literie, les produits Dove pour la douche sont superbe, le petit déjeuner est très bien, c'est pas un buffet de restaurant, mais ont y trouve de tout, gruau, céréales, jus canneberge, pas de jus d'orange, patate, fèves aux lard, saucisse , toast, bagel, muffin, bon café, une machine a gaufre serait apprécié. Endroit tranquille, près du centre ville en auto, il y a un Costco a 15 min a pied. Ça serait un gros plus du café a volonté a l'entrée comme dans plusieurs hôtels. Un excellent séjour. Hésitez pas a y aller, vous ne serez pas decue.

Room was clean (except light switch next to bed was visibly grimy), and did not have any odors, could open the window for fresh air (and turn off heating/air-conditioning). Built-in Kleenex dispenser in bathroom was dis-functional, preventing access to the tissues). Stairs smell of cigarette smoke. Huge recycling bin, and tiny garbage can. Lighting was on the dim side. Bed pillows were ridiculously large for sleeping. Bed was reasonably comfortable (tad on soft side). Only two caffeinated coffee pods provided, but coffee at breakfast was plentiful. Breakfast itself was reasonable for price range, and structured to discourage taking any food away as snacks (e.g. no paper napkins, single flavor of yogurt served in a big open bin). Overall was fine, but not as good as stay at Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Calgary-Airport, which I think is in similar price range and distance from airport.

This hotel needs some love but the biggest disappointment was at no place did it mention that the restaurant or lounge were closed. I chose this hotel so I could eat at the hotel and wind down with a beer but everything was closed. The front desk personnel mentioned that it was closed for a while now. This was a very big inconvenience for me as I was not desiring going out to a fast food restaurants close by, I wanted a decent meal. Also the front desk attendant was not able to tell me which elevator was closest to my room. Breakfast was ok not not as good as many people said in my point of vue Overall a bad/mediocre experience here

We check in night, the bedding had hairs and small stain, we asked the front desk but he said nobody can change right because his only one ,all staff went home.my husband said gave me the bedding I will change it myself,but he said he don't have access. Goodthing we bring blanket to my daughter we put it on top. Next day we asked again and they change it. The night front offer us to transfer other room but too much work
