I have a video to show my concerns. I never in my life was in a hotel with no working lift, I had to carry my heavy bags to the second floor. The room was renovated by someone who has no idea about hotel rooms need. The bed is nice, the side bed tables are safely hazards tray (no table). Cheap mirrors in bathrooms are loose and cant be used …same from December last year. Bathrooms should have lights which can turn on automatically so we don’t fall at the middle of the night. I still don’t understand why they dont have a small fridge in the room. There is no AC in the room House keeping staff should be trained properly and use a checklist: 1- the face tissue box has 4 tissues only then I cant call anyone to get another one. 2- the soap bottle at the sink was completely empty… I wonder how the housekeeping staff don’t check anything 3- the bathroom is fit with only two empty bottles of soap . I have a video of everything I mentioned here. Unfortunately and before this stay ☝️☝️ I booked another 3 nights from the 7th to the 10th of October . If I knew that the hotel lift is not working, I would have never booked in this expensive hotel. You could say that you mentioned the lift issue while booking… but I can tell you that hotel should not operate without a working lift.

Rummet var ej klart vid ankomst vid incheckning kl 14.00 Snorkig personal vid 1:a skiftet söndag. Ej fungerande hiss. Endast 2 badlakan varav den ena var trasigt. Frukosten sådär.

Alles was prima uitgenomen de lift,die was defect en ons kamer was op het derde verdiep dat viel een beetje tegen.

Behagelig og store rom med gode senger. Pent bad og behagelige møbler. Perfekt beliggenhet for å utforske Zwolle sentrum. God plass til parkering like utenfor.
