Waterfront Resort Style Living at Glenelg Beach

Location was brilliant-close to beach, cafes/restaurants, shopping and public transport. Communication from owners was quick and easy to follow. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the apartment and the state of some things in the apartment, were not at the standard we expected for any accommodation-lots of dust, dead plants, cracked basin, dirty shower frames, and what we think was a dirty sock stranded down the side of the wardrobe are a few examples. Given the total cost to stay here, and that it was advertised as 'resort lifestyle', providing pool towels wouldn't impact much on the owners' profits. Overall given how much we paid for the accommodation, comparing it to previous stays in the same apartments, we were left somewhat disappointed.
