We DID NOT STAY—we left within about 5 minutes, and were still charged. This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences we have encountered. We booked a higher-priced room but were given a downgraded room that should have cost about $30 less. The FIRST room had UNMADE BEDS and was a mess. We immediately returned to the desk. The second room was still the downgrade, with sticky floors and dirty-looking linens. The hotel was heavily under construction, with missing carpet/floor tiles that were trip hazards and strong mold/mildew-like and chemical/construction odors. The pool was advertised on the booking AND on the hotel's roadside sign, yet a small handwritten sign at the desk announced “POOL CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS.” The advertised breakfast buffet was also not available; we were told it would only be a continental breakfast. Within about FIVE MINUTES we went back to the desk, said the accommodations were unacceptable and that we would not stay. The employee refused to resolve it. We left, never occupied the room, and paid for another hotel that same night. Despite all of this, we were still charged the higher room rate. Hotels.com was no help resolving it either. Dirty rooms, unavailable advertised amenities, construction, a room downgrade, and charged despite immediately leaving. Absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

HORRIBLE... En arrivant on a attendu plus de 10 mn sans voir une ame qui vive. On avait pris une chambre pour 5 mais rien pour le 5eme. On a du supplier des draps et couverture qu on a eu au bout de 30 mn. Les serviettes de toilette etaient pleines de taches et une odeur immonde dans les couloirs... à vomir. Et pour finir le petit dej etait inexistant. A 7h45 il n y avait plus rien. En 3 mots miteux, degueulasse, a FUIR
