The house showcases charming original features—traditional stone walls, antique tiles, and is surrounded by a beautiful private garden filled with olive trees distributed throughout a series of classic Mallorquin terraces (bancales). The casita accommodates 4 guests across two floors. The top floor hosts a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace, accessible from the main terrace through its own entrance and balcony. On the ground floor, the second bedroom has its own bathroom, conveniently reached through the kitchen/dining area. This bedroom can be arranged with either separate beds or a twin setup on request (pictured here with separate beds but typically offered as a twin). The casita is comfortably equipped with a dishwasher, wood-burning stove, bed linens and indoor towels, room fans, terrace seating, and pool sun loungers. The entrance to the property is on the main road between Sóller and Deià. We recommend renting a small car as the entrance and driveway are a bit steep. Some guests find it difficult to drive all the way up; otherwise, you can easily park just inside the gate and walk up through the olive trees—it takes only two minutes.
