Food excellent, staff friendly and supportive. Relaxing break in a lovely cove tucked up out the way but only 30 min drive from airport. The only slight moan was the sun beds, like every hotel you stay people putting towels on them to reserve and then return at lunch time! When will a hotel take a stand and remove towels and allow others to use the

Manchmal etwas inkomptetentes Personal, wurden zwischen den beiden Receptionen hin und her geschickt. Der Valet hat uns angehupt weil er nicht rückwärts fahren wollte. Hatten eine Ameisenstrasse durch das Zimmer aber sonst war alles super. Vier Pools mit Liegen und Schirm, auch am Strand inbegriffen. Zwei Fitnessbereiche, mit je einem Indoor- und Outdoorbereich. Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und lecker, lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Die Preisgestaltung beim Abendessen im Paseo war etwas intransparent (andere Beträge auf Rechnung wie im Menu). Privatsphäre im Badezimmer (WC) etwas schwierig (Glasscheibe mit Holzlamellen, wenn das Licht an ist sieht man trotzdem durch). Zimmer eher eng, dafür grosser Balkon mit Sofa, Sitz und Tisch. Dusche super (guter Wasserdruck). Parking im Hotel/Valet kostet 20€ pro Nacht (Shuttel fährt einem zum parkierten Auto) man kann aber auch gratis unten an der Strasse parkieren..

I’ve stayed at this hotel every year for the last 5 years and hoping to make 2027 year 6! Beautiful hotel, wonderful team and great food on site too! Natalia/Natalie (apologies if the name is spelled wrong!) from the guest relations team went above and beyond to help me with food allergies and finding a local pizzeria who could cater to that. And her general warmth and friendliness throughout our stay.
