When we arrived, there had been a fire, so the elevator wasn’t working. We were also told that no sheets were available for the sofa bed because the washer and dryer were out of service. The stairs were dirty, but the worst part was the bathroom the toilet and bathroom were absolutely disgusting. The bathroom fan didn’t work, the room lighting was harsh and depressing, and overall the stay was so uncomfortable that we decided to leave the next day. The only positive thing I can say is that the beds were extremely comfortable.

Elevator is out of service and no stairs inside - have to use emergency stairs that lead outside for getting out and getting in - with no security. Older electrical, older cable tv service (super logging), and our room had a broken bathroom door handle which caused possible « locking » while inside the bathroom. Not a great experience this time even though we stayed there many times before.

We had suite with extra bedroom, which was spacious, clean and comfortable. Big comfy beds, great pillows. Easy to park. Breakfast was ok. Area felt safe. Wifi has problems logging in, but the front desk helped us best she could. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was pretty amazing, only few things that can be improved is the fact that the elevator was broken for the whole week I was there and door for the stairs lead to the outside of the building, it did made me uneasy just because anyone could just go up to the rooms since doors didn’t really had a lock or even use the room key to open. Also the rooms although they looked renovated small details like the curtains that were stained and a few of the bathroom fixtures could be improved. Is not a bad place for the money and the breakfast was pretty good, just that security issue for me it would be the first thing to improve.

The elevator is out of service for the entire stay (3 nights) and we need to go through the stairs from outside of building. The carpet in the public area and room look old and dirty. The bathroom is fine. Our room is next to the road which is pretty noisy.

The carpet was filthy, gum was stuck on carpet. Curtain has stained. Not enough Shampoo, conditioner and facial tissue. The faucet was hard to open. Also under the rim of the sink had mildew. Elevators was out of order. Unable to reach the front desk, called several times no answer.

Horrible, all 3 hotel rooms were thilthy and had blood on the comforter. Trash everywhere. Toliet still dirty with fecal matter. Horrible. Stay away from this hotel. And yet, they dont want to refund us for not staying there.

Room was fine. Bathroom door did not close due to poor adjustment that was a long time problem evident by the door jamb damage. My wife found a toe nail clipping in our bed that was not ours.

I was originally scheduled to stay at this property for the entirety of my trip. However, upon receiving our room it was not what I was expecting at all. The pictures look really nice and the reviews were great. When we entered our room we were greeted with many unpleasant smells. The room smelled like there had been water spilled on the carpet and moldy smell. There was also a very strong smell of marijuana. The walls in the room had liquid splattered on them. The refrigerator leaked water and there was a wet spot in the carpet. We were travelling with two small children and I did not feel comfortable at all having my children in a room that filthy and smelly. Since it was late and were tired from our flights we spoke to the concierge and he was very nice and attentive and did offer us another room straight across from the one we got. That room definitely smelled better but it still was not clean. As I walked in I noticed there was plastic tags on the floor and crumb trash on the floor. The bathroom looked like it had been wiped down but the countertop was sticky. Mind you, this room had just been "cleaned". I apologized to the gentleman helping me and told him we could not stay there. He helped me check out the following morning and we looked somewhere else to stay. I do understand the hotel is undergoing remodeling and maybe other rooms in the hotel are much better kept than the one we got but that room definitely needs a lot of attention.

Amazing staff from the Front Desk, to the Environmental Services, to the Food Preparation Ladies! Everyone is so nice and friendly. We had a couple special requests and they were so accommodating and simply wonderful people. The other guests were very friendly as well. Some families, some other couples and I even saw a work vehicle. Just a wonderful place! The room was amazing and very very clean! Smelled fresh! The linens were bright bright white and very clean. High quality pillows and pillow top mattress! So comfortable. The facility was in great repair. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the carpet on the second floor landing was a a bit dirty and stained. That's the most action-item I have to bring to the attention! Last note: We have tried a number of hotels in the area, and finally found this gem. We need look no further. Great price, nice and clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, great mattress and pillows, and clean soft linens to top it all off!

They room was run down. Peeling wallpaper and an A/C unit that was so worn you couldn’t read the instrument panel to see how to adjust it. Windows were not sealed well so there was a ton of street noise. Not a great place to stay. The outside looked much nicer than the inside. The only thing that was good was the free breakfast. They made great eggs and sausage.

I stayed recently here and I must say it’s one of the nicer hotels in the area. The place was clean, staff was really nice and helpful, as the rest of the reviews say, the breakfast was great. I stayed here two night and my only real complaint was that the room curtains don’t close at all. The windows are tinted, but when that afternoon sun hits your window, you definitely feel it on your face as you’re trying to peacefully watch a movie or rest. If that is something that can be fixed so that the blackout curtains can close that would make this hotel much better. The hotel is near a few restaurants, gas stations, Starbucks which is great and I ordered food online and they delivered right to my door which I found so convenient.

The room could use some updating, its a little worn in some areas and the carpet needs cleaning since its "sticky" in some areas. It could also use some brighter lighting in the bathroom. Otherwise, quite a pleasant stay.

My only complaint is that the window which faced a busy street with street lights lit didn’t have black out curtains. The curtains were sheer with heavy drapes on each side of the window but they couldn’t be pulled across the window. The room was filled with light from cars turning, stopping, etc., as well the the street light and sign light. I found it hard to sleep as well from thinking that if I could see outside we could be seen from the outside. The thought that people could see me sleeping was unnerving.

Everything was good except a middle eastern staff member. Our toilet kept running and wouldn’t flush. I reported it to the middle eastern staff member and he seemed slow and said it was probably because of the type of toilet paper. I told him the water and fecal matter and toilet paper just spin around in the toilet bowl but doesn’t flush and we didn’t want to use the toilet cause it’s gross to see the contents just floating around. He said he would have someone look into it but no one ever came. We had to tell another employee and they sent someone but it really wasn’t fixed completely it’s like there isn’t enough water pressure and the water and fecal matter and toilet paper just move around in the toilet just spinning.

We had to tell another employee and they sent someone but it really wasn’t fixed completely it’s like there isn’t enough water pressure and the water and fecal matter and toilet paper just move around in the toilet just spinning.

Comfort Suites Near City of Industry - Los Angeles is always a very easy place to stay at. This was my second stay and both times the staff has been very helpful and accommodating. Another great thing about this place is the breakfast, on time, hot, and various option for all. Both times the rooms have been a great stay. Excellent stay when in area.

This property is a great place to stay. We've stayed here two separate times while traveling for work and both times it was a great stay. All of the employees were super friendly and helpful. Michelle at the front desk has been especially helpful. The 2 queen rooms are spacious and comfortable. This is my go to spot to stay when I'm in Cali

My wife was the retuning customer for this hotel because its lacation is near her business, even though the facility is outdated and elevator is out of service. This time, her reservation was cancelled by the hotel without any notice. When she came to checked in at 10pm on March 3rd, she was told the reservation was cancelled. The hotel was overbooked that day. She wanted to talk to manager but no response. She had to find another hotel for the night. We had been many hotels around world, this is first time this kind of cancelation happened to us. At least hotel should contact us before the cancellation, but nothing. This is completely unacceptable!The hotel owned us an apology.

Better than expected. The staff here is wonderful and the property is well kept. Could use some upgrades especially in the rooms. Maybe lose the rugs and tub. Conveniently located with free onsite parking. Comfortable bed and quiet evenings. Definitely recommend.

My first visit to La Puente. This is a great little gem I found. The staff is super friendly and nice and the hotel manager is awesome. All the staff had an attitude that they really enjoy working there. We had a situation occur during check-in, but the manager took care of us and quickly resolved it. This place is about 30 minutes away from just about everything: Disneyland, Universal Studios, Hollywood, Pasadena, Knotts Berry Farm, etc. The area is very nice and quaint, well kept up neighborhoods. I'm not a big fan of the LA area, but I could honestly hang my hat in La Puente. I will definitely return to this property.

We had suite with extra bedroom, which was spacious, clean and comfortable. Big comfy beds, great pillows. Easy to park. Breakfast was ok. Area felt safe. Wifi has problems logging in, but the front desk helped us best she could. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Only thing I wasn’t impressed with regarding breakfast was there was only sausage which I can’t eat. Bacon would have been great. The bed was very comfortable, room was clean and staff was very nice.

I booked a 2 night stay near home for fumugation project & chose this property for its better than average breakfast(according to photos) & spacious room. Very disappointment for my 1st breakfast where no hot breakfast is available. I don't understand why hot water is warm for both days. I would have to microwave to bring it hot enough for my tea. Room is good, but fixated shampoo bottle almost empty, two light switches are broken. For wifi in room, we got kicked out & front desk couldn't help. We have a make a call to verify our stay for a code. This is unhappened in my excessive travel life. Staff are friendly, but not helping the situation.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. It is a Clean Hotel and the Breakfast is always great, scrambles eggs, bacon, O'brian Potatoes, Potato Wedges, Toast and Bagels, Coffee and Juices, Waffles... an awesome selection.

Just two negative/observation points that I think are an easy fix. My room shower didn’t have hair conditioners, it did have an empty container. I’m pretty sure that the management knew that they had a full house for the next morning breakfast… but they were not utensils,plates,potatoes and just a little bit of scrambled eggs left!! It was around 8:45 or 9:00 am. Not So Great!!!

Nothing against the staff or the place it self. Just keep in mind that it may be a safe haven for adventurous couples at times. Too adventurous sometimes. I'm guessing the neighboring adventurous involved an unfaithful dude. His wife showed up, caught the guy and woke up the entire section of the motel.

The reservation was made for 6 people for the 2 queen plus sofa bed room. When we arrived late in the evening after traveling all day, we discovered the sofa bed was unmade. I went to the front desk and was given sheets to make the bed myself. I was told there were no additional pillows or blankets in the hotel so my family members were not given a completely made bed. I did find 1 pillow and a soaking wet blanket in the closet of the room. I asked the front desk for a discount since I was not provided what I paid for. I was told to speak to the manager during the week. During the day time during the week, I went to the front desk and explained the situation. She went into the back to talk to the manager. She came back and said they don't make the sofa bed and everything that is needed was supplied in the closet. This is a lie as the closet did not contain sheets, only 1 pillow, and a soaking wet blanket. She went back to the manager and came back with more excuses and blaming the evening front desk worker. The daytime front desk worker went back and forth between to the manager that refused to come out and speak to me directly. I eventually directly asked is he refusing to give me a discount for the services that I paid for and did not receive. She came back from speaking the manager and said yes. So I left after being scammed by this hotel selling a service they did not provide. Do not stay here. This was an awful experience with incomplete beds & bad management.
