Great accommodation for the price you pay. Hob,microwave,fridge,cutlery,crockery. Warm,clean & comfortable & so convenient as you can book in up to 11.30pm (have especially if you are travelling a distance as we were & want to arrive out of hours it’s ideal. Will definitely stay again if in the area!!

My son and I spent 4 days here for a fishing trip. The accommodation was very good in quiet, peaceful surroundings. The lake although quite small was well stocked with plenty of fish. We enjoyed the sport not taking it too seriously. The pegs to fish could have been a little more defined but it was adequate.

Absolutely fabulous!!! Has a small lounge/diner/kitchenette all in one. Decent size bedroom with large bathroom & large shower. Beautiful grounds too. 24hr access available so ideal for me as I can arrive late & leave early. Fabulous value for money too!!!

I was a little nervous after some of the poor reviews about cleanliness but I found the cleanliness wasn’t an issue. The location was lovely, the apartment was generous and quiet. The cost was good,negatives it’s a little tired and probably needs a refresh, apart from that I enjoyed my two night stay. On arrival the key was in the door alongside my name,I didn’t see the owners at all but that isn’t an issue I’m sure the discreet security cameras and automatic gate meant they could operate without any interaction and there was a contact number for them just in case.

A great find this, I travel a lot but will definitely use this again. Very secure decent wifi and what you get is a small apartment not just a room. Can’t fault this place for the price it’s excellent value.

We booked in here the night before we went to see the horse racing at Market Rasen. It was great. You had a lounge with sofa, coffee table, tv and at the other end was oven and electric rings. The bathroom had a shower and sink. Bedroom had a full sized double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers. I was surprised at the size of the apartment (a lot bigger than I thought it would be). It is set in beautiful grounds with horses in the nearby fields, a lovely lake with an island. and surrounded by the beautiful countryside. We met the owner when we were leaving - a really lovely, friendly man. If we go back that way we will definitely book the apartment again. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of staying there. 5*****

When we arrived at apartment we were greeted with a wall of heat from all rooms someone left the heating up high Went for shower and there was mold on shower head and shower controls Off to bed I went only to reach out to turn L bedside light in and put hand on about a weeks dust Little disappointed as when we stayed before it was immaculate

Nice little one bed apartment, decent facilities. No bedding was provided for the sofa bed, so I had a seriously cold night wrapped up as much clothing as I had. My friend had a comfortable night in the bedroom.

We had a lovely 3-night stay at Glebe Farm Apartments. The self-catering apartment had everything we needed & was set in beautiful tranquil surroundings less than a 20-minute drive from Cadwell Park which we were driving to daily. Only very minor suggestion would be a blind on the front door & skylight as it got very light in the apartment from about 4am. We will definitely be returning next year. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Good value for money. Okay for a stay of a couple of nights. Bed could be more comfortable with a memory foam topper. Lovely countryside and absolutely fine if you get nice weather and take advantage of the lovely surroundings.

We were there as a base for 2 nights. We were upgraded as the site wasn’t busy. Steve, the Manager, was extremely friendly, and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be going again, and next time, for more than 2 nights.

Inexpensive, easy to find for a one night stay ahead of an event we were attending. Arrived early evening, left early morning so only slept there, and used the kitchenette facility for drinks and breakfast. Comfortable and all we really needed - pity we didn't have time to explore more of the area as it looked nice.

Inexpensive, easy to find for a one night stay ahead of an event we were attending. Arrived early evening, left early morning so only slept there, and used the kitchenette facility for drinks and breakfast. Comfortable and all we really needed - pity we didn't have time to explore more of the area as it looked nice.

Great accommodation for the price you pay. Hob,microwave,fridge,cutlery,crockery. Warm,clean & comfortable & so convenient as you can book in up to 11.30pm (have especially if you are travelling a distance as we were & want to arrive out of hours it’s ideal. Will definitely stay again if in the area!!

Very conveniently located if you’re looking to stay in mid-Lincolnshire and offers great value for money. The room is comfortable and you need to bring toiletries soap etc and don’t expect any extras — no tea bags or coffee, and the WiFi signal is a bit weak (though I used my own portable device). It’s a decent stay as long as you come prepared.

Tranquil. Lovely quiet spot. Self catering. Lake. Apartment itself worth easy the money charged. They don’t mention a tv on advertising but there is one. For a long stay could benefit with a more than a hob and a microwave but it’s fine for a short breaks. Good value. Can’t knock it.

We had a lovely 3-night stay at Glebe Farm Apartments. The self-catering apartment had everything we needed & was set in beautiful tranquil surroundings less than a 20-minute drive from Cadwell Park which we were driving to daily. Only very minor suggestion would be a blind on the front door & skylight as it got very light in the apartment from about 4am. We will definitely be returning next year. Thank you for a lovely stay.

FABULOUS!!! FABULOUS!!!!! FABULOUS!!!! Everything you could want. Dining table,fridge freezer,hob,microwave,crockery,cutlery. Massive shower,very clean & comfortable!!! BEAUTIFUL surroundings,wake up to look across green belt land(STUNNING) Large pond in beautiful grounds!! SO SO quiet area. Late arrival up to midnight,just PERFECT,ABSOLUTELY love the place. Been twice now & WILL be back!!!!

We booked in here the night before we went to see the horse racing at Market Rasen. It was great. You had a lounge with sofa, coffee table, tv and at the other end was oven and electric rings. The bathroom had a shower and sink. Bedroom had a full sized double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers. I was surprised at the size of the apartment (a lot bigger than I thought it would be). It is set in beautiful grounds with horses in the nearby fields, a lovely lake with an island. and surrounded by the beautiful countryside. We met the owner when we were leaving - a really lovely, friendly man. If we go back that way we will definitely book the apartment again. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of staying there. 5*****

Super self contained country apartment (1 of 4) everything you need including fridge cooker,microwave,settee & chair Big bathroom with HUGE shower!!! Excellent value for money. Always clean too!! Have stayed several times.

I had booked the apartment for 4 nights. When I arrived we were met by Steve who told us that I had been upgraded to a larger apartment. The apartment was clean if a bit dated. The kitchen had all the basic pots and pans and cutlery but it would have been nice to also have salt and pepper dispensers. The kitchen/diner/living room was large enough for 2 people and I was pleased that both the bathroom and bedroom were of a good size. The wi-fi was adequate but could have been faster if using 2+ devices. The TV was located in the kitchen part of the apartment which would make it difficult for 2 people to watch from the comfort of the sofa. The apartment is located in beautiful grounds with the fishing pond as the focal point. The apartment is located perfectly for easy access to sightseeing locations such as Lincoln, Gunby Hall, Walled Garden of Baumber, Whisby Nature Park and seasides such as Skegness.

Great, converted farm buildings. Comfortable. Great shower and bathroom. Pleasant grounds. Very very rural. Take everything you need. But they have the basics, just no coffee. Take everything you need. No shops nearby. very good value for money

Fantastic little apartment .We have been twice now and will return got everything you need for 1 night stay to a few nights stay. Within walking distance to a lovely pub also small shop .we will return .
